Loses connection a lot with Comcast. Connection when WFH goes down each day.

Product would not turn on out of the box and had to be returned

Terrible product dumped on me by best buy likely in collusion with both Comcast and Motorola since comcast is going to docsis 3.1 very soon. So why not help Motorola dump their stuff with the help of best buy?

It works just for two weeks, Than stoped to work and no more internet.

Not happy with this router, frequent Wi-Fi interruptions and disconnections, low speed. Wait for one more day and if no improvement, will return it. Worst Customer support ever I had to del with, rude, not explaining simple basic things.

I live in a TINY apt. The router is in a bedroom not far from the bathroom. I can't get internet in the bathroom!!! My devices disconnect from the router sometimes. I have never experienced this with my last router. I'm really disappointed in this purchase.

Took forever to get working with Comcast. Then the wireless was less effective than my older 5 year old wireless modem. Bottom line, if you want to use this for anything larger than a dorm room the wireless sucks!

This router would reset itself 2 or 3 times an hour. Worked with both Motorola support and Comcast support to troubleshoot the issue but remained unresolved. Returned and purchased a different product.

Worked ok at first. Now after 5 months it will not stay on or connected! I will not be buying this brand again!

I would like to have given a 0 star rating. It cost $169.00 plus tax and lasted three weeks before it quit working. It deserves a 0 star rating. Dont buy this junk. You only have 15 days to return ieven if it completely quits on you.

Worst modem router I have ever used! Keep losing connections whenever there are more than 6-7 devices connected. Please go for Netgear or any other better brands.

I won't recommend this modem, initially, it works fine but the 5g function always has some problem to connect to the internet, I suspect it is not quite compatible with XFINITY.

Box advertises up to 300Mbps. Wireless is between 12mbps and 50mbps. Not worth it unless those speeds for $150 sound good to you. We returned ours.

I have bad experience with this product either this specific item is faulted or so. But I am requesting for replacement. It keep disconnecting and reconnecting

Only rated it one star because I had to return it, it is not compatible with business internet accounts with Spectrum.

Had it for a month now. Wifi drops every hour and it needs to be reset. Highly NOT recommend.

This product is not working as expected. I have tried to return store unable to take that item back and they said I am not eligible to return this product.

Replaced my SB6190 and eero (2) mess network routers with this modem/router combination. The speed is better throughout my 2000 sq ft home than my previous setup. Easy installation and setup using a web browser. Both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks are fast with excellent range. I'm only using 1 of the router's gigabyte ports to connect to a 5-port gigabyte switch which serves a server, desktop and a printer. Couldn't be happier!

Useless Modem, worked well first few months and then I g=have been calling Optimum every week
