I got this to replace my old Motorola Surfboard cable modem and wireless router. This is much faster than my old one and was very easy to set up! I had no issues connecting anything and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This might be the easiest set-up I've ever done. Being an old-school nerd girl, I was expecting to have to log into the panel and mess with settings and values for awhile before getting everything up and running. Not the case. Approved by Comcast, XFinity, and many others. My house is spread out over several rooms on one level and I don't need a mesh or any other adapters to get full-tilt strength in every room.

I originally purchased a ARRIs 1600 Surfboard modem router. After giving it a test run, I noticed a few quirks that I was not happy with. The Arris ran super hot. I also experienced a large frequency of lagging and buffering issues. Returned the Arris and got the Motorola 7550 modem/ router. What an improvement. The Motorola unit has 16 X 4 channel mode, significantly reducing lag time and buffering. Very easy to install. Was up and running in less than 15 minutes. Just called Comcast, to activate my service and was up and running in no time. The price was very fair. Another plus factor, this unit has a 2 year mfg warranty. Pretty impressive.

So much better than using the one provided by the internet company.

I just got this router and modem to replace an old Belkin router that went out on me. It works great, the upload and download speed flies as it should with my ISP plan. I haven’t had any problems with dropping connection or it buffering while streaming. Pleased with this purchase and do recommend this product as it comes as a combo so you don’t have to buy separate router and modem.

Good router works well. No security issues that we know of. Knock on wood

Have used for a month now. Great thru-put and good range on WiFi. No issues as a cable modem. Haven't had to reset the unit once yet.

Speed is great as well as range. When setting it up with my Spectrum service their system thought it was a Zoom branded model and not compatible with the service. Wish there was an app to manage the router. Had issues with it accepting the password I had created when connecting some mobile devices.

Good quality. Couldn't get my T-Mobile gateway to work until I connected this. Now it works.

After good past experiences with Motorola I picked the 7550 Combo modem/router over Netgear to replace my rented Xfinity unit. Installed via Comcast Website and was up and running in 5 minutes. Works great. Xfinity unit was always dropping connections - this one does not. Wireless speed has been terrific and printers, IPADS, iPhones and TV all connected seamlessly. I would buy again.

this modem works great i was having issues with my previous was renting through my cable company and because of covid it was going to take a week before i could get a replacement without netflix or anything for a week no i went online to best buy found this looked like it had all the specs. as the old one so i got it works fast in every room and have not had problems i recommend this one

This modem is working great. We've rented one for years from the cable company, but realized we can save money by buying our own. This is located in the upstairs of an old building, and all the devices that connect downstairs do so without any trouble. Set up was very easy.

We have Mediacom internet. Their modem was ALWAYS giving us trouble. Every day we were having to get a new signal sent or restart the modem. Since we purchased this modem we have had ZERO issues. So far, this modem/router has worked flawlessly. I’d give it 5 stars if it had been easier to set up. It’s not so hard you need a professional, but you do need some guidance.

I purchased to replace my TWC router that dropped the wireless signal constantly. I have only used this router for 2 weeks but so far it is working great. The location is on my 2nd floor, and I have wireless through out the whole house. I purchased this one because of the AC 1900 and the Spectrum/TWC compatibility. It took a little while for the TWC csr, to authenticate and path it, but. Now I have better speed and connectivity.

Bought for spectrum, all in one with 5g. easy setup plug and play. took 5 minutes setup from beginning to end mostly on app update and account setup. I used it with orbi so I have wifi even outside of the house. streaming 4k roku sticks with no lag.

New to cutting cord. Had cable giant's box. It was nice. Hate the bill to rent. Bought this, which was the cost of one year of monthly fees to cable. It was smaller than the box from cable. I was concerned. Plugged it in, configured, and now ALL our devices stream with no problems and coverage extends to the backyard and garage. The big cable box didn't do that. Love this thing.
