Great little phone for the price but it looks like Motorola has copied the TCL pro 10 they are identical you cannot tell them apart side by side. I know because I have both phones Motorola edge and the TCL pro 10 same phone.

I ordered a Motorola Edge 2025 and received an empty small envelope not large enough to hold a phone and Best buy is refusing to refund or resend the phone. I went in person to the West Nyack store and they agreed that a phone wouldn't fit in the envelope but couldn't issue a refund because it was ordered on line. Best buy claims the order was fulfilled because a package was delivered. Meanwhile they have my $487.68. I will never do business with Best buy again. They use a third party shipping company (shipt) which is not insured. Ridiculous.
