    No back button really awful. Pretty much makes it useless for searching. The back function does not work frequently. The new way the home function works is not really great. Additionally, the return to home is really sloppy. I hate that they have gone the way of Apple with out simple navigation in the interface.

    On my second unit....keeps saying Sim Card is not on a network but ATT says it is and replace phone and sim card and still warning keeps poping up!! Call Motorola and they could not help, They Said exchange it and I did and got a new one and new sim card but same problem,

    Imagine buying a phone only to find out it cannot be activated. I'm saddened because I bought 2 of these phones and had to return them because it cannot be activated by Sprint even though it says on the box or the listing that it supports it.

    It was either this or spend on an Iphone 13, after looking thru tons of Android phones, including the Pixel 6 which felt meh in comparison. Fair disclosure been an and off Motorola user for longer than I care to think about. I almost popped for the I13 Max Pro...but couldn't bare to do it, its more than double the cost out of pocket. If you're getting it free and well then. But since I buy my phones this is the better bargin. The flagship razor is a nice one at $799.99 now...for a foldable that was a sweet screen...but the next "best" offering all around is the 2021 Motorola Edge for an unlocked phone. Pricing wise I literally just saw NIB at Best Buy for 399.99 after paying $485 for same phone at beginning of December...grrr not cool since it was open box...btw good program, but saying that it was thoroughly cleaned and had fingerprints all over wasn't exactly the best description...so bad on BB for that oversight. The phone is light enough and has some good specs that you can look up. Got it for the camera and Android interface, and moto actions. Some people are killing this phone IDK why honestly, used a bunch of motos and this one is sweet. Ok at $400 bucks this is the incredible phone. Wifi 6, 5G all works been testing it all month before writing a review. Almost stock Android 11 low on bloatware save for Google stuff but its a google OS. Easy to port over from old android if you wish. Pros: light, fast and responsive, good vibrant screen even if not oled, memory and os are responsive to switching apps, games 256GB onboard internal storage. Camera feels good and responsive, nice specs lots of features...no its not Iphone 13 good but still a happy user here. Fair battery life to really good when new, fast charge USB C. Screen responsive which is a fundamental, but its a beautiful display in my opinion. Those software tweaks with the camera are many and fun. Cons: its not Iphone level construction and feels like you NEED a case around it. Moto stops supporting fairly quickly and at this price you may feel like why? No 3.5mm jack and no SD card slot. Won't say feels cheap build but doesn't inspire confidence that a drop with no case would be unharmed, unlike the Iphone, but thats a lot more $$$. Not waterproof or dust proof, but resistant.

    The fingerprint id never works and the phone freezes all the time. I wouldn't want this as a long term phone..

    Product was defective. The phone didn't recognize my sim card which was perfectly working on my Moto one 5g ace. I have spent the whole day figuring it out and finally gave up. This was my fifth Motorola phone over 3 years and the only defective one. Best buy store was very helpful with the return.
