Good at a good price, a phone that for the price purchased is definitely a pretty good option for its year.

Phone riddled with issues. Constantly mutes calls, screen will lock up whereas you can't answer a call, calls randomly sent straight to voicemail & apps disappear. After 2 long calls with Motorola customer service, no improvement. Literally had one c/s associate that just sat on the phone saying 'hmmmmmm', another tried to send me to a local shop to fix but when I called they told me they don't work on Motorola phones. Even though phone STILL UNDER WARRANTY and they committed to replacing, I was told they have no available phones to replace and the only other choice I was given was to send in phone and be without it for 2 - 3 weeks. I have been a Samsung customer but read good reviews on this phone and it seemed like a good deal- Mistake! Do not waste your time. It's one thing if the phone has glitches, but when a company doesn't stand behind their product, that's quite telling. Looks cool and great battery life but not worth the hassle. Also, becuase I bought at Best Buy it was considered a '3rd Party' party and couldn't switch to another carrier, kind of important information to have BEFORE you purchase.

Superb! Proven and tested. Yo can't go wrong with Motorola. My phone been dropped plenty times and yet it's perfect. The camera for the edge is super clear and music is like having an extended speaker.

Overall, I'm very happy with the phone, especially at the $500 price point. If it were $700, I would seek other options, such as Samsung S21. Battery life is exceptional and fast charging works great. The speed is also very good for a mid range phone. Here are a couple of "subtle complaints". The display fades out when viewed on an angle, like when laying flat on my desk. Not a huge deal as I knew the LCD display was a compromise I was aware of. I'm disappointed that the specs show 5G on Verizon. However, upon further investigation, this is not yet available. I have a 5G card, but can only get 4G service. I would assume that this is a Verizon issue and not a Motorola issue. I am hopeful that once Verizon comes out with their own version of this phone, they will unlock the 5G. If not, I've been used to 4G for years and it still works fine for my needs.

I biught the Motorola phone for my son as a gift. My son easily gets to his apps and can hold a lot of pics and has a better than average camera. The big screen is very interactive during gameplay.

Love this unlocked phone for price can beat any phone for the same feature, but it wasn't compactible with xfinity mobile network.

Had to get a new phone because my old phone was no longer supported by my carrier. Great quality pictures from the camera. I also like the color, Nebula Blue. I use it more than ever for web browsing since it is so much faster than my old phone. The big screen is easy to see, but the size is a bit cumbersome in my pocket. Battery life is exceptional.

Been using this phone over a year,it's good phone for every day use,the display not the brightest barely see on sunny day,good battery life and fast charging.the software needs work.overall it's an ok phone.

I love this phone. The camera is amazing. I can have pretty good photos even for my instagram baker profile. They look very professional. For me works perfectly, but I have to say that I'm not a tech girl. I use pretty basic thing, social media, mail, camera, etc. Another thing that I love is its battery life. I can use my phone 2 days without charging it.

Got it for a very low price. Good phone for the price. 144Hz is so fluid. Camera is a let down though

Purchase was a Father’s Day gift which he wanted… been hinting to us and we surprised him as usual. Well, doing his switching, he did not like that this updated phone does not have a SD card slot. However, 256gb looks rewarding enough to overlook that setback. Switching from a 64gb with expandable sd card was isn’t so bad, this far. May come back later for an update hence recent purchase.

This is a great phone for $300 .. It has all the features you would want and more .. Snapdragon 778G, 8GB RAM, 256GB ROM (ability to add more vis microSD), 144 Hz display and most importantly Moto's minimal Android iteration and great battery life. That said, it has its quirks too like lack of wireless charging & not being water/dust proof (only resistant) and the cameras performance in darker setting aren't really good .. but then comparing it to my primary phone (iPhone 12 Pro Max) which beats this phone in almost every area but price is not fair. Still it's only a quarter of my iPhone price .. and so why for the price (@ $300), this is a great phone.
