Not getting speed

Cable Modem works good.

Great modem, but my ISP doesn't support it

I took compatibility issues for granted given this brand, and much to my dismay, I discovered the hard way that my ISP does not support this model. I'll have to return this one for an ARRIS variety. Ah, and the modem is mostly charcoal in color, with black trim.
