I just buy this item is good so far I really liked

easy hook up, have to notify cable company to use it

Modem works great with Comcast Infinity. And its Docsis 3.0 ready. One interesting tidbit. Even thought the package says approved by Comcast Infinity, the installer had never seen one and had to spend a few extra minutes to get it synced up with Comcast. But once synced, it works fine.

Only had it about 2 weeks. Does work with Xfinity Internet w/Wifi. Have some connection problems with my phone. Wifi in and out.

I bought this modem after having to return 2 modems to TWC. It worked fine but I found my WI wasn't working either. So I decided to return this modem in exchange for the modem WIfi combo. But this modem was spot on for the money and the staff were very helpful as always.

My ping with the cable company's rental was 9 ms. My ping with this modem was 4 ms... amazing! Just wish it had more than one wired port coming from the back, but still, can't beat it for the price.

Well it's DOCSIS 3.0. Was fine awhile ago. But with available internet speeds now not a good choice. If you have 500Mbps or more you'd probably want DOCSIS 3.1, FOR SURE if you have more than 1Gbps. It is fine if you are 200Mbps or less, probably up to 500, supposedly can do up to 1Gbps but if you are paying for the really fast speeds just get DOCSIS 3.1. Oh, owning pretty much any router/modem/gateway is better than RENTING from cable co, you could probably buy 3 of these for what you'd pay in one year of renting............

I was hoping a new modem would increase my internet speed, but it did not. Guess TWC is just giving me extra slow speed (1.1Mbps) and it was not due to old equipment. But I will save monthly rental fees for now. It was super easy to hook up, following the instructions provided.

I replaced my previous cable modem with this one and it seems to be getting the job done. The response time is pretty decent and i don't seem to have to do any rebooting on it so far. My other one seemed to have to be rebooted every couple of weeks or so.

Had a little trouble connecting with my internet company

Serves all purposes desired; had no problem switching from old one; appears to be a quality product! (Have no reason currently for not giving it 5 Stars--simply held in reserve to observe longevity of product performance)

Does allow multiple devices to be connected. However, I have experienced intermittent connectivity issues that are easily fixed by resetting the modem. Purchased this to avoid the fees being charged by local cable company. Easy to set-up.

Purchase was made so I can stop paying cable company an additional $10 a month. It was easy to set up. Took about 5 minutes. Still needed to call cable company to register. What a great choice I made. Thanks Best Buy

I bought this modem on the recommendation of the geek squad manager that came to help me with my purchase, he gave me great advice and now I spent less on the modem and more on the router, which is working out great!

Do not go with whatever cox gives you!!! always get your own modem!! and never a combo modem/router they are not nearly as good.

the modem is working good, but smell very bad, it's like something burning inside.

Great product.i would highly recoment this product to anyone that is looking to save money on a monthly charge from their cable company. Also i have not had any interrupted internet connection since i bought this.
