It works great doesn't take up a lot of space and was easy to install.

This modem will not only save you the rental fee from your cable provider. I think it has better speed bursts. my provider supplied an all in one modem for 2 services I didn't need, VOIP and wifi... the providers modem has a bug in the firmware that doens't allow it to bridge when I wanted to use my own wireless router (ahem...xfinity). So I went with this modem; compact and gets the job done

The SPECIFICATIONS section of the listing for this modem says it is 24x8. It is only 8x4. The PRODUCT FEATURES section is correct, but the SPECIFICATIONS section is wrong. So when COX showed up to install 300mbps speed Internet, they couldn't use it and had to install one of their own. Now I have to buy another modem, return this one to Best Buy, and return the Modem that Cox had to install. Thanks Best Buy for wasting hours of my time.

Had this for a while, works great with Oceanic now Spectrum internet, I'll get my money back fast not paying a cable modem fee. Easy to set up.

They tell you the router you get from them (twc) is a great router. Truth is they limit your bandwidth by controlling your setting. Even if you bridge it they still control it. By switching to this router my speed has increased by 20% and my lag time is almost nothing. I have about 14 devices running all at once and so far so good. I have this paired with a massive asus router. Was well worth the money.

Stop wasting your money by renting a modem from xfinity. This modem pays for itself in a few months and the value continues from there.

I've been running this modem for over a month with no issues at all. I have not had to reset it or do anything to it like other modems that I've owned. It is fast and reliable with my 75mbps speed and works well with my additional router.

I ended up using this model as my final choice. It was cheap and enough for what I need. After more than a year, it still works. It didn't burn out yet. I guess, just trying to place it in the cooler area of the house may prolong its life span.

Purchased this to replace cable modem from the cable company. Initial set up was easy, just had to make a phone call to my local cable co. to give them the new # of the modem. Plus saving a few $$'s every month now.

Had issues getting good signal towards the rear of my home, once I got this connected I was receiving much faster signal on my phone and laptop.

This modem works with Xfinity cable. It is not WiFi. I bought a separate router for that. Go to Xfinity site to register the new modem and in a few minutes it is recognized and running. Really simple. Works up to 275 Mbps, which for my plan of 200 Mbps was just fine. Great price.

Got this thing so to save some cash from my internet provider. Strongly recommend this to anyone as it will save you money over time!

I had a Motorola Surfboard cable modem that was still working well after 5 years and decided to upgrade to a newer version. The new one worked great right out of the box. I don't have exact figures but my download speed increased by about 10-15 percent. Pretty good return on investment.

Purchased this modem to kick Spectrum’s to the curb and save $120/ year. We stream approximately 6-7 devices throughout our 3000 sq. ft. home and haven’t encountered any issues. No buffering, no difference in speed. If anything, it has operated more efficiently.
