My grandma’s old modem broke after two years of use. I searched all over the internet to find a new, inexpensive modem that wasn’t cheap quality. I found this and am happy with my purchase. It was easy to set up and only took one call to Xfinity to have it configured into their system(I never set up the Xfinity app like I should have). 10/10 will buy again.

I needed a modem that did't break the bank after I dropped quite a bit of money on a router. This was PERFECT! It works just as good as the $100 ones. I never have any problems!

Easy setup. Plugged it in and it just worked. You need to remember to register it with Xfinity or it will quit working in a few weeks. I thought it was a bit expensive, but could not find a cheaper one.

I purchased this modem to get Cox internet in my home. It was relatively easy to setup, and so far, works seamlessly. Although, Best Buy's shipping was a little slower than I would have liked and I would have preferred to pick it up in store.

I did a self install to Xfinity internet. The hookup was easy and the router was compatible with my Xfinity internet. It's been working fine since I hooked it up about 6 weeks ago. We're getting a good signal throughout our condo.

Modem was easy to set up and works great. My old Motorola modem was resetting several times a day but that issue has been resolved with this new modem. Motorola is the only brand I trust for in home modems.

Easy hookup, unit works fine and is compatible with time- warner cable system. One call to the cable company for set up and good to go, wish I had done this years ago. I would recommend this unit if you already have a router, if not purchase the unit with router and modem combined. .

It is a good modem for the price. I bought on last two months and it works well.

I bought it as a replacement for Arris rental from the cable company. It works as good as the rental one and is smaller size so more discreet. No problems at all since self-installed. Installation very easy

Setup instructions easy to follow. Conversation between it and my Airport Extreme began quickly and, were successful in less time than it took to make a cup of espresso. Motorola has made good modem that works well with Spectrum.

My 10 year old Motorola modem could not handle current internet speeds so I upgraded to this modem. Set up was fairly straight forward thru TWC and so far it has been doing the job. I read reviews stating the modem gets very hot. I have not had that problem.

I bought this to replace my mother's aged-out modem and it works as advertised. My mother's Cox account accepted it just fine and the rep was happy to see it was this modem as he had activated lots of them in the past.

If you're using Xfinity services, this is a great device to get you up and running (without paying the rental fees). However, I do have to note that this would not be sufficient if you have the land-line option (i.e. triple play). There is no phone connection and you would need a different one that includes that. I was misled by the Comcast customer service folks stating it would work with triple play, but having another technician say it doesn't. Something to keep in mind if you ever plan to include that option down the road. If not, it's still great for internet/tv.

Got this modem as I was tired of paying the rental fee for modem through Comcast. Perfect for my home and nice design. Installing was easy. Paired nicely with the router I purchased.

We had been using the modem provided by Time Warner when they installed internet. It just couldn't keep up with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Playing the PS4 was an exercise in frustration because the games would constantly buffer. We bought this modem, and not only did the cable bill drop because we are no longer leasing their modem, but Netflix and gameplay are now seamless. I am very happy with the vast improvement!

This is a great modem but it is a cable modem and I needed a DSL modem. My mistake, but Best Buy made the return and purchase of another modem very quick and easy for me. I appreciate that. I recommend this modem and I recommend Best Buy.
