    This modem is a screamer! I upgraded from a decent Arris modem I'd been renting from Xfinity. I pay for 200M of bandwidth, but the Arris was only giving me 135M. After installing this Motorola, I'm getting 210M via my home wireless, and over 240M from my wired PC! I chose this Motorola over other competitors for several reasons... Firstly, Motorola wrote the DOCSIS specifications that all modems have to adhere to, so it's unlikely there will be any compatibility issues. Motorola chipsets are #1 for this type of device... Other devices using Intel chipsets have had issues. The full spectrum channel selection this modem uses makes sure you'll always use the channels that have the least traffic. This is a DOCSIS v3.0 specification modem, and while I did consider a v3.1 model as a way of future-proofing my investment, I decided with only 200M, there really wasn't a need to spend the extra money for something that I likely can't use for at least a few more years down the road. Setup was painless, and I checked in with Motorola tech support for an advanced question and they responded quickly and accurately. This is a real game-changer for my Internet access!
