Works ok, prefer Arris brand

After just 1 month the modem died and would no longer connect, I had to deal with Motorola support since BB return period is so short and they would not help with an exchange. Motorola replaced the modem and it has been working fine, but I get more uncorrectable errors with this modem than the Arris one. Next time I would go with Arris instead.

Not for WOW super high speed (500Mbs)

Was wrong modem per your tech

When I called Optimum to help me transfer from thier modem to my own I bought in Best Buy. It didnt have any phone jacks and when I returned They had no Optimum modems with phone Jacks. They had Time Warner and Comcast that is not used in this area. Why they had them I have no idea. Had to buy it from SurfModem online.

Easy to set up

Had Comcast check my install and they said was fine. I like how small it is and easy to set up but it doesn't work.

Problem wasn't modem, but TWC had faulty wiring after cable upgrade. Didn't need new modem at all, but the return date was up before problem was resolved. Now I have a modem I didn't even need and haven't installed.
