This modem is compact but does the job well. It's a good choice for Xfinity customers.

Worked well for about a month. Then got struck by lightning. But overall it was great

Nothing to complain about. Nice compact design with colorful LEDs and easy to setup. No connection loss or other problems after several weeks with Xfinity cable Internet.

This replaced the Arris provided modem I had from Comcast for YEARS of wasted monthly equipment rental charges. Will pay for itself within the 1st year. Since I dropped my Comcast phone service I did not need the telephony piece and a straight reasonably priced, fast modem was all I needed. This took my wired LAN desktop from 150mbps to 250mbps so an instant improvement. I'm a guy who dislikes combo modems and wireless gateways and prefer stand alone separate router for manageability and I have seen some speed gains there too. Time will tell how this holds up but so far rock solid. A quick ten minute call to Comcast to provide them the MAC address and activate and I was good to go.

Lost my internet without notice from my provider due to our modem being outdated. This was a very nice quick find for a replacemt and it works better than I could have imagined. Very fast & reliable. Hasn’t gone down since hooking it up.

I’m using it with WOW cable (500 Mbps download speed and 50 Mbps upload). It will pay for itself after 10 months. Cable company charges $10/mon for renting a modem. The price was even little cheaper at BestBuy store than on line /Amazon.

We have been renting a cable modem supplied by TWC and paying the monthly fee without thinking much of other options. Even though Charter Spectrum supposedly has no rental fee, we continue to save while continuing billing under grandfathered pricing. In the few short months of ownership, this modem has already paid for itself. Performance is consistent with what is to be expected with a Motorola modem if not much better than our expectations. Once our internet package is changed to one from Spectrum we may consider their modem if better but for now this one serves its purpose just fine.

This is a modem Comcast specifies for my speed and works well.

I purchased this modem due the the rising cost of renting the equipment from the cable company. The setup was easy (considering having to deal with the cable company). Speed is great and the modem is working exactly as it should.
