Easy to install and setup. So far it is running good with no problems and no dropped internet connection.

On occasionally need to reboot it, maybe 2 times a year. I only wish it was DOCSIS 3.1, so I could get higher Comcast speeds (1 gigabit), but this was a lot cheaper than futureproofing for 3.1 at the time of purchase.

Supported by Comcast and works fine. A nicer GUI compare to my older Arris SB6141 but 50% taller thou, so make sure you have enough space for it. I only have 200 Mbps download plan, so won't see any speed increase until I upgrade my plan.

It’s a modem. You should know what it does. Just make sure it works with your ISP before buying.

This has been great so far. We've been using it about 2 + weeks. We're running around 8 devices on 400 speed internet with Xfinity and our own router with no problems thus far!

This modem allows me to utilize the full speed provided by my ISP. I'm getting consistent 240Mbps/5Mbps on my 200Mbps service. My previous modem yielded me only 140Mbps

Never got to use this. Cable company said it wouldn't work at all.

so far so good ... tested my 100mbps xfinity connection at 89mbps, with a direct ethernet connection to my laptop ... so I would say its operating as expected since you never quite get what the ISP says it will be.

It's been a few weeks since I installed this modem and so far, no problems. I had been having consistent internet outages and buffering problems for minutes to up to half an hour which I theorized could be either the modem, router, or both. Since my old modem was no longer supported by Crapcast, it was time to upgrade anyway. Since I installed this, I haven't had those interruptions again. Once in a while I get a hiccup streaming but I chalk that up to YoutubeTV app or just a streaming issue (hey, streaming ain't perfect). So I'm pleased with this modem and happy I stuck with Motorola. Next up is to replace the router but I doubt it had anything to do with my issues now.

Overall I am very happy with the purchase of this Motorola modem. It paired very easily with the TP-LINK mesh routers that I also purchased. Speeds hold well even during busy times throughout the evening.

Many wifi problems until installing this new modem and router recommended by the Geek Squad. Everything is working great now!

Lost connection twice in the first month of owning, but haven't had any troubles since then. It was extremely easy to set up and provides great speeds.

We purchased this Motorola cable modem to replace an outdated one. The setup was easy. It works very well for our internet needs and has a convention on/off switch which makes it easy to reboot when necessary.

Has been a solid modem for 2 years, saving me fees on a rental. However upgaded to 900 mb/s speeds and I can't get more than 400 on Wifi without upgrading to a 3.1 Modem, so i'll have to look at new options. If you're not planning on upgrading this is a solid choice.

Easy to setup. I bought a wifi router at the same time and combined they give better and more reliable service than wifi/router combo I had been renting from Comcast.
