This modem is stable and almost never needs a reset. Even in power outages it comes online without needing a reset. At the end of the day it does exactly what I expect from a cable modem...quietly sit in the corner while I forget it exists.

This product has us ready for the future with 1Gbps transfer speeds (if we ever decide we need that much throughput). I've gotta say, as the IT person for our household, I love this product. It has <gasp> an actual off switch (rather than unplugging the thing in the result of an issue). It gets two enthusiastic thumbs up from me.
