Easy set up and activation. Price is very well priced. Runs cool and dependable.

We have Comcast Xfinity cable system. Our old cable modem died! We looked on line and found that there are several models that Comcast/Xfinity has a "Do Not Buy list of Intel Puma Chip-set Defect" ! This does Not have the chip-set defect!!!! This works great!!! You have to do your research, it's on the web "Full Comcast Xfinity Approved Modem List"! This is a winner!!!! It does get warm, but we put a dedicated AC Infinity fan in front. Keeps it running cool! Cable modems degrade faster when it gets hot! Keep them cool with a fan in front! It's easy to set up any 15+ year old can do it! Even Seniors!

This is a very good router. It works with comcast in the Chicago suburbs well with no lagging or issues. I am using it along with the EERO pro 6E mesh system and works well

I needed a faster modem because my internet speed was higher than my old modem that I have had for a few years. So I looked at a few models and chose this one for speed and price and it works great.

Does the job for a great price. Easy to setup. This does not have WiFi so you need a separate WIfi router. The only thing that bothers a little are the lights that are too bright, so you will probably want to install it in a place that won't be in your face, especially at night. But I definitely recommend it.

I bought this modem to replace the one from Comcast/XFinity. According to the product specification, it does handle the speed rate that I need for my work-at-home environment. It is pretty easy to install, plug-in, turn on the device, and that simple. So far, I am happy with my purchase.

I'm using Comcast Cable and upgraded to this modem to take advantage of increased service speed. Set-up was easy by attaching modem and then accessing website requiring no need to call Comcast Customer Service. To this date it has not required a reset or reboot. Very pleased with its performance.

This is a really good modem. It is rated up to 1000 Mbps so it should be great for any internet plan up to 600 Mbps, possibly good for 800 Mbps, but wouldn't be great value for 1000 Mbps considering modems do not hit their theoretical speeds. Setup was easy, although not exactly speedy, and make sure you have your ISP login info ready to go. Works seamlessly with our Orbi AX4200 mesh Wi-Fi system, for nearly three months now. All in all, highly recommended for anyone that doesn't need Gigabit internet, which probably is most people. We looked at DOCSIS 3.1 modems but ultimately decided to keep our modem spend under $100 and instead spend a little bit more on the router/mesh Wi-Fi system.

Works great connecting with Netgear Nighthawk x10 router. It's been running for a month with no issues, no disconnect, and no reboots. Test speed on router and getting around 700MB download with 17MB upload.

Great little modem! Works well with comcast. Is not wireless, but not an issue, as have a wireless router anyway. Does the trick and great price.!

Replaced an old Netgear combo modem/router. Used in combination with the Google Nest Mesh Router + Point, it's no competition. With 400Mbps service, we used to get buffering, fuzzy video, and general internet slow-downs all the time. Since switching up our home network stuff with this gear, it's been nothing but fast, smooth sailing.

Works as advertised. Easy to set up as an Xfinity customer using their app. Connect a router, and away you go. I replaced an older Motorola modem router that worked fine but no longer supported my speed. This modem immediately improved my router speed to the speed I was paying for. If you don’t need voice support, or 3.1 DOCSIS to get 1gb speed, this is the modem for you. Great price, I strongly recommend.

Everything is working fine. I was tired of renting a modem from Cox Cable. They do not deserve any extra money from me. I wish we had a second choice for high speed internet in my area. I would switch in a heart beat. Modem is doing great !!!

Due to work from home and remote learning for high school student I increase my internet speed. So this required a high speed modem. Easy to setup and increased download speeds significantly.

I use Xfinity/Comcast as my ISP. I Upgraded my plan from 150mbps to 600mbps which I had to upgrade my Motorola 16x4 686mbps Modem as it only supported up-to 300mbps from Xfinity. After upgrading to this modem I were able to enjoy full speed for what I pay Xfinity for. Pair This with a Router and you can save yourself equipment fees for Xfinity Router. It basically pays for it self.

I upgraded my xfinity service from 200 to 600 Mbps and needed an upgrade in modem. Bought this and it's worked great right out the box. Did the online xfinity setup and my my speeds are greatly improved. Am getting over 600 ethernet direct connect to computer and about 350 Mbps on 5Ghz band on my phone thru a AC1900 router. Getting over 200 to an old computer in basement. Overall, happy.

I upgraded my modem to take advantage of the Xfinity internet speed package of 600 mbps download and 20 mbps upload. This is much more than I need for my home network (wired and wireless). Super easy to setup. Contact with Xfinity needed for them to activate the new modem to their network but this took only a few minutes after a brief talk with an extremely helpful service rep. He processed the needed info and it was as fast as turning on a new light in the room to have me up and running at the faster speeds when he completed his input. Running speetest.net I always get better than 700 mbps upload and 20 mbps download. No problems using the new modem.
