I used this modem with comcast xfinity. The setup was quite simple and everything just worked seamlessly after the setup.

Replaced an older modem with this Motorola unit and it works great.Geek Squad installed in no time at all and the performance is much improved.

I have been using this Modem for about a month. It has worked right out of the box with an easy set-up. I have had some issues with uncorrected channels, but Motorola said it was due to Optimum no longer supporting them. I still use it as the Aris I bought to replace it has yet to work....That is what Optimum pushes. I have to restart the modem when the channels get cluttered with errors, but it still works great. I hope to move to an Optimum free area where I can use this modem,

I’m not a tech to give specific details about performance but since I’m having it it works fine. Maybe it’s not enough time to tell if its product up to par, I can tell installment was easy even for me. Since then internet delivery was solid and my internet speed increased accordingly. Hope I don’t need to call customer service.

Huge improvement in speed! My previous modem was a Linksys that was good in it’s day but it was time to replace it. What a difference the 24x8 specs make. I have WOW internet 500Mbps package and I’m consistently getting 400+ in my speed tests. Reboots seem faster as well during the few times I needed to do it in the 4 months that I’ve had it.

Local City Facebook Forum showed Motorola as best choice for reliability and was also confirmed by Installation Tech. Plugged it in; added my (2) existing Apple Routers for 2 story coverage and nothing else to do but surf and stream.

No problems hooking this modem up to Comcast. Does an outstanding job streaming video. Nice looking and takes up very little space. No problems to report seems to be everything it says in the description and comes at a very reasonable price.

Solid unit Works great. Easy set up and no maintenance

My ISP has a habit of disconnecting frequently at a certain time of day. This modem recovers very nicely and hooks right back up! My previous All-in-one had to be manually reset. All I need now is patience. (about 30 seconds) If DOSAIS 3.0 is all you need, this is the one to get!

This is a very easy plug and play modem! Directions were complete and very practical. If a 78 year old non techy person could set it up anyone can!

WOW decided to raise their modem rental fee by 40% from ridiculous to obscene so I decided to try my own. Short story, it works. I plugged it in and thought I wouldn't get Internet access until I called WOW with the MAC address but it surprisingly worked, although at very slow speeds. The speed was normal after I called WOW and they updated their system. I lost access twice in the first few hours and had to restart the modem both times to get it to work again. I was disappointed by this bad start but I haven't had to restart is since and it's been a couple weeks. It's worth a try if you're tired of paying exorbitant fees to the cable company.

Bought this modem to replace an outdated modem no longer supported by my cable provider. It was easy to set-up (5 minutes). No problems since!

The modem works as expected. Delivers the 500MB or so speed my provider offers.
