Modem works well. Speeds are slightly slower than comcast modem but now I don't have to pay $13 a month to rent their modem! So this modem will pay for itself in a little over 5 months. The modem is very easy to hook up.

After upgrading my internet service from 100 to 200 megabits it was necessary to upgrade my modem. After doing some research this seemed to be the best choice to make. Download speeds were 120 with the old modem, with the new modem 250. Can't speak for the reliability I've only been using it for less than a month but so far so good. Price is very reasonable for an upgrade.

Bought this to avoid rental fees. Works perfectly…..couldn’t be happier.

This works great. I have spectrum internet and kept having to reset the router/modem they give you so I went out and bought this and the google nest router and now my internet is super fast and never cuts out.

What's to say - it's a modem. It was easy to install and works perfectly with Comcast cable. It will pay for itself very quickly, so why pay to rent one?

Cable man installed it, so I don't know how easy it is to install. I have had no complaints with my internet, since I purchased it. This makes me happy.

Works well with Spectrum's 400Mbps service. Too bad it only has DOCSIS 3.0 rather than 3,1 as does the Moto MB8611 that I had to return because it was not "supported" by Spectrum. Can't have everything, I suppose. But at least I do get almost 400Mbps now vs a 6-year old Moto that was only providing 200+ Mbps. Fairly easy to install in about 15 minutes, including activation on Spectrum following their setup web page's instructions.

There's no drama or excitement to a modem. You just want it to work so you can forget about it. Right. This works, then you forget about it.

Worked like it's supposed to. Easy to set up. Using it with a Linksys router. The price was good, to begin with, and I saved more by trading in my old modem.

Bought this back in Dec 2020 since it has higher mbps than my former modem. So far so good, with no interruptions and my wifi has increased download speeds. Easy to set up too. Just need to talk to a person at your internet service provider (mine was Comcast) to establish the connection and you should be good to go.

This unit runs cooler than the xfinity combo we had. Easy to set up, but the instructions that come with don’t remind/recommend that you go into the unit and reset the user name and password. Very important for security. This will pay for itself with lower xfinity cost.

Since was cutting everything from the cable company needed to find a great modem to handle all my needs. So far no problem and runs fast

Awesome Docsis 3.0 cable modem. I've just upgraded my old surfboard with this one. With a 600Mbps internet connection, I am getting the full throughput. Taking one start off because it is not wall mountable.

Works well, easy to setup, good with my Comcast account.

Have this paired up to my google routers and the speeds and reliability have been really good. Can’t really complain about anything else as it’s just been reliable for me and my family. I tend to do a lot of gaming wireless and also at the same time my family is on their phones watching videos and streaming stuff.

Somehow, it had been 6 years since I upgraded modems. This one jumped at me as the best option in my target range and I have not been disappointed. My internet speeds honestly tripled when I connected this modem. It's not the latest and greatest technology, but it does the work as I would expect.
