Great for the price

Solid choice

It's a little on the big side, but that's about the only drawback I can name. I have noticed a real improvement in connectivity since installing this unit.

Motorola modem Xfinity

I received an error email from Xfinity that the modem doesn't match my plan. I'm not sure if it was Xfinity's error or not. It was easy to set up; however, my service dropped. returned the unit. I don't if it was my service/Xfinity or the unit.

No issues so far (only 1 month of use so far). Contents included a quick setup instruction pamphlet which also includes guidance on how to activate the modem for use with Cox and Xfinity internet service providers (quick cheat: note down the SN and modem model then log into your account, go into your devices, and change the type of device (modem) that is listed to the one you are now using).

Good modem for the price

Thought I needed a new one so that's why I bought it but as it turns out there was an issue on the pole on the outside of my house that my cable/internet provider needed to address and I didnt need a new modem afterall so this was returned.

Good upgrade

Tried motorola and loved the quality now they have

They never complain of these and say the connection is always stable and fast. Just what I am looking for in a modem and for this price it is a good value.
