    It's an adequate modem. The documentation could be improved on. It specifies that one of the lights turns green when it's synced. BUT if you're running at less than a certain download speed, it's an amber color.

    I have been using it for over two weeks now. I had a modem from my cable company, bought this because it was compatible and to save modem rental fee. It was fine the first few days but my devices have been buffering and not connecting very well lately. . My speed is 150/15. Kinda of disappointing, I read all the reviews and made sure that it was strong enough for my needs. Might have to return it.

    Bought this modem so i could return xfinity gateway and stop the monthly rental fee. It hasnt skipped a beat. Im getting all of my 200 Mpbs plan plus some.

    Connecting with Xfinity only took a few minutes. This modem runs a lot cooler than the previous Comcast Arris modem. The speeds are the same. Return the rental modem and save yourself some money buy purchasing your own.

    After purchasing a couple different ARRIS Surfboard modems over the years, I decided it was time for a change after some regular connection drops at my home. I like to balance cost-effectiveness with reliability in my modems and I don't need mega-high bandwidth with the plan I have. After about a month of use, I've had no problems and haven't needed to reboot the modem a single time. So far so good! Hoping I can ride with this modem for years to come before the next replacement.
