New modem - Faster speeds!

nice modem

We had an old one that Xfinity said was the root of our internet problems (it was not). This one works as well as the one we had previously, which is very well. The issue was a bad line in the ground, not the modem, but we're happy with this new one.

Half the price and great speed

I picked it because it was half the price of the 32x8 DOCSIS 3.1 and I wouldn't get anymore speed out of that one for the price.

Reliable and easy to use

It was easy to setup and the status lights are really useful and accurate (and not blindingly bright like my last modem). The couple times it lost a download signal, it fixed itself in a few minutes without me having to reboot or unplug it.

Great Modem!

After reading many reviews about Verizon not being compatible with most modems, we went with Comcast (Xfinity) and bought a Google Nest router and point system. So. Flipping. Easy. Comcast came to make sure the cable was working, and Google Nest did the rest. I applaud the modem - because it literally involves no effort on my part. Great spread too.

This worked right out the box, it looks good and I don't feel like the lights are too bright at night.

Recommend for upgrade

Had old router that limited my 200mbps to 120. With this one got 220 mbps. It is a deeper than my old one so check size. Recommend for upgrade.
