Running solid and zero issues. Way better than renting a box. almost 2 years with no downtime.

Used with Comcast. Worked well until it didn't. Was able to get about 900 mbps (which is limited due to my network being 1gbps). Died after 1 year and 13 days. Had to revert back to my old ARRIS modem (thankfully I kept it).

I have Comcast's 1200mbps plan. My previous modem had 2x1gbps LAN but a broken implementation of teaming which I was unable to use. This router has a single 2.5gbps port which has allowed me to finally get full speed to my router and beyond. It registered on Comcast's network with ease and has been working excellently.

Amazing modem. I ditched my ISP gateway and invested in a docsis 3.1 and an eero 6 mesh system. Best decision I made. I averaged 25mbps on my ISP modem. When I purchased this Motorola 3.1 my speeds jumped to 350-400mbps which is what I was paying for. This modem also supports the 2.5gbps ethernet port which makes it more "future proof" than other 3.1 modems. It was worth the price of $150 when I bought it.

In operation for over a month. Easy to install, has not dropped a signal yet (that wasn’t Xfinity’s fault). Replaced a Netgear CM1200 model that dropped signal daily. Much happier with the results with this Motorola model! Grabbed the higher max speed so I’m ready for an upgrade later on.

I’ve seen some one star reviews and I’m just going to guess they got a defective unit, it happens, so return it and get another. It is under a 2 year quality agreement so contact their support, not Best Buy. I can say that setup with a router was incredibly easy, with Cox, so it is virtually hassle free for those with even a little technical knowledge.

Nice Modem. Compatible with Spectrum Internet. Speeds depends on what you are actually paying for. A hardwired speed test is more accurate than Wi-Fi. If you experience slow speeds on one device or intermittent connection on one device but other devices are fine, don't call the cable company it's not their problem to troubleshoot your own equipment.

Easily swapped this Xfinity recommended modem for my old one. Works great.

Love it! Our cable company notified us that our modem would no longer support their “increased speed”. After researching, I decided on this one and I’m glad I did. Setup was a breeze. I was able to activate it on Comcast’s app and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. Noticed improved WiFi performance immediately. Would highly recommend.
