It worked fine for a while. Now it is constantly disconnecting me from WIFI. Sometimes I have 4 lines of signal, sometimes 1, others, none.

This wireless router has worked exactly as advertised. I am extremely pleased

Glad I purchased. Old router signal would not reach the entire home and couldn't keep up with the internet's speeds for my plan. This one is perfect.

Spent some time over phn w/comcast but when all was said n done,tada.Internet runs so fast now was tired of paying co a mthly fee of $14.00 .

I have Xfinity for internet and the prices they wanted to charge for renting made me look outside for my own. Definitely worth the money, easy to setup and after countless reviews I've read. I'm definitely not the only one thinking that.

I would not recommend the Motorola MG7700 Cable Modem + Router to anyone. Despite having an 800 Mbps plan, I can barely achieve speeds of 50 Mbps or lower. The poor signal strength is clearly a major issue, and it seems like this modem/router simply cannot handle the demands of high-speed internet. I have tried troubleshooting, but nothing seems to work. It's frustrating to pay for a product that doesn't deliver on its promises, and I regret my decision to purchase this modem/router. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable option. I was using xfinity router and installed this one after 15 days as I was paying rental for xfinity router, now the return period has expired and I am stuck with this complete useless equipment.

Nice easy setup and have had no problems. Using with Xfinity streaming only and with a smart tv the picture is good. Though I recommend getting 1 of their Flex X1 4k boxes.

Consistently provides speeds at the top end of my plan, both via ethernet and on wi-fi network. Confirms the great reviews I found on three independent sites. High recommend.

Never got to connect to my internet. Xfinity claimed the upgraded system would not work with Xfinity internet. Could not return due to Xfinity took to long to figure it would not work. Had to eat the cost of the router. Only reason giving 1 star is because I couldn’t use it.

Great product! It was easy to set up with our current internet provider, and only took a few minutes! We did upgrade our internet but it seems like it really help our internet speed with this new router

It's good if you don't need a landline phone has to return it because it wasn't what I needed

When its working, it good, but it disconnects from wireless devices several times a day and cannot reconnect unless the modem is restarted. I thought I just had a defective unit, but I got a replacement, and it has the same exact problem.

This item is not working well. I've noticed a decreased in my internet speed and buffering over the past several weeks. Unfortunately, I'm pass the window of return. I've tried reaching out to Motorola and as yet have not been able to reach someone to assist me.

Worked extremely well with my Comcast cable service. No issues with installation and troubleshooting. Save on the modem monthly charge. No issues with Comcast troubleshooting remotely.

I just paired this up with new Sparklight internet service. Lightening fast!!
