Not worth it

Didn’t last a year

Best Buy Strikes Again

Worked OK for about a year, then malfunctions

Now the LAN ports are toast and the Wifi signal keeps dropping out. Rebooting and resetting to manufacturer's specs didn't help. It's definitely not the line, I got another modem from another brand, which is working perfectly. Since I'm within the 2 year warranty, I'll try to exchange it for a working product with the manufacturer.

Poor Wi-Fi connectivity

Our devices continuously lose Wi-Fi connection with this router. I contacted Motorola and the router was replaced and the issue got a little better but still continues.

No Speed, No Customer Support!

Customer service manager called me back 3 days later and apologized for the severe shortage of technicians covering the United States. I returned the unit to Best Buy. I would avoid this brand for sure.
