This modem/router is on the approved list of Spectrum equipment. I was able to get it activated over the phone with Spectrum no problem. Definitely better than the separate router and modem set up they have. Surprisingly, during my speed test, this modem/router gave faster speed than the Spectrum’s provided equipments.

I wanted to get rid of the monthly payment with Comcast to rent their modem. Since I was cutting the cord and going with YouTubeTV, I didn't really need to pay Comcast more money. So though I did keep their Internet, I didn't want to pay them a cent more for their modem/router. I purchased this one and have had no problems with it. Works great and the price was right.

Good device and at a good price...what I didn't like was that with the application you can't control it.but from there it is fast and does what it has to do...yes I recommend it

This is the Best Motorola Combo you can purchase currently. And it is worth the money. No lag. No dropped connections. We have yet to do a hard reboot. 24 channels means everyone stays connected with no lag

My old router that looks almost identical to this fixed my internet after I got a boost in speed from Spectrum after an outage. (Old router would throttle speeds to almost dial up speeds apparently) Needed something to handle 500+ mbps download and 20 upload and this did it with pretty good reception. Doesn't have wifi 6 but for under gigabit (Wired at least) internet it'll work fine. Can't say much else but thank you Spectrum for the upgrade but not so much for the required new router.

I am new customer for Xfinity. I was previously been renting an Xfinity modem. Due to lot much charges on my bill, I decide to buy my own. I checked online reviews and decide to go through Motorola. Wonderful modem with Wifi. Setup was relatively easy.The build quality is excellent.So far so good.So far, I'm happy with this device because it just works with minimal effort. I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy set up and definitely faster speeds for the phones and playstation get cat 8 cable

finally got a reliable modem/router that I can trust that works pretty well with my cable provider. In stay at home school and work during pandemic a reliable internet is greatly needed.

This dual band router was easy to set up and use. It pushes out a very strong signal. I have it upstairs and I get a full signal downstairs on my computer far on the opposite side of the house. The speed of transfer data is unmatched. The dual band helps to provide more streaming. I have over 25 items on this unit and it provides all the streaming needs from security cameras, gaming, YouTube TV and all computers and handheld devices.

The Motorola MG7700 worked and was easy to set up. It didn't have quite as much range as our previous Netgear and occasionally struggled with my wife's meetings in Teams so we gave it to our daughter and bought a Netgear which gets us back to the capability we had before.

Installation was quick and easy. It took about 15 minutes to get the WiFi up and running. The only issue was that after initial install, it took about three days before we had really solid service. The internet provider took a look and said all the connections were tight and that the router was just taking a while to fully sync.

Combo Router and Modem works great! So easy to set up love it! Works great for high speed intranet and streaming.

This unit offers a lot for the price. It is very powerful in terms of wifi but it does have a throttle in terms of overall speed of the internet. if you have multiple people in the household that stream or game this may not be the best choice.

So far it seems great! Set up through Xfinity was easy and everything was pretty straightforward. The only area that I can see now that can use improvement is making it easier to deal with updating the router/modem settings.
