I installed this unit for the initial Comcast service call, with the tech present. Everything went smoothly and it's very fast. It's been about three weeks and I've had to reboot the router maybe 3 times to restore a connection. No other issues. The modem is very easy to log into to customize and select options. I hope it holds up for the long term.

Great improvement over old router. Easy installation and particularly happy to be able to use old network and password information. Attachment of all household devices was quick and seamless. Much better range and signal strength throughout 1500 sf home and adjacent outdoor areas. Well worth the investment.

I bought this router because my existing system was too slow for my WFH office. My limitation was having only comcast and a cable modem setup at home. This works great, no issues setting up w comcast and it is super fast.

Overall a solid Modem & Router from Motorola. I upgraded from MG7550 Model, also a Motorola Product, but I needed a higher download speed to match my ISP, and this Modem so far is doing the job. I would recommend Motorola Products in this category.

The modem/router was easy to set up and has an excellent signal. It even reaches the patio. It is space-saving in size. The only drawback is that Motorola will not allow the use of symbols in the password (!,@,#, etc...)

Love the combo, it has great signal and range is about 50 ft.

Research pays off! This replaced another Motorola we’d been using for 7 years. I had looked at reviews for several brands and this one consistently came up as one you can count on. It is proving to be just as reliable as our previous one and worth every penny!

Great connectivity, had no issues throughout the duration of use

I don't have a large condo, but I have trouble reaching from one floor to another and one end to the other. Its only about 50 ft from one end to the other.

I had an older Router with only 8 Channel and kept dropping out. Upgraded to this 24 Channel and has worked flawlessly. Easy to set-up and works with Spectrum Internet with no issues. You will not regret buying this one. Highly Recommend.

I purchase a modem back in 2022 it was okay but this one is much much better I really like this I really love the way it works and the price of it was excellent

Having a problem with Comcast modem. Very weak> Motorola modem has great range. Have a large house & have reception all over.

I got it to help save on monthly bill for internet. Wasn't as expensive as the others. Its doing its job thus far.

Seemed good, but kept dropping the line (Comcast). The problem is likely Comcast, but I have found a better suited router and purchased a separate modem. Don't get a combo of any brand. If one goes, you have to replace the whole thing. And firmware is frequently update for both, so you'll be limited. It seemed like a good model, but I discovered better.

I used this to replace a similar Motorola modem/router combo that was about 8 years old. My download speeds went up 4 to 8 times what I had previously via Ookla Speedtest (now ranges from 150-350 Mbps). Upload speed stayed the same or maybe increased 1 Mbps (average 10-11 Mbps now). It was very easy to set up and thankfully it had a few less digits on the passcode, but still enough to be secure. FYI - I use Comcast (Xfinity) service.
