Dissapointing Modem

What use to happen 1 or twice a month is now happening twice a week, requiring me to log in the tv over and over again. It is supposedly a better model than the one Xfinity rented me.

Great value for high speed combo unit

The only reason I did not give a 5 star is the range is not as good as my netgear it replaced.

Don’t buy

Constantly drops WiFi signals tried changing settings calling support etc. nothing helped now I’m past the return date I’m never buying a Motorola product again I’ll stick with Netgear

Easy setup

I had talked to them before the tech arrived and gave them the model and mac address. The tech arrived and installed the wiring and the modem connected right away. So far I am happy with it. I helped two friends set this up and it went easy.
