Awesome Smartwatch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been interested in entering the Android Wear game and decided that the Moto 360 would be the one to get. After doing some research among other Android Wear competitors, I went with the Moto 360 because of its design, specifications, and general battery life. Coming from a e-paper ink Pebble, the colors on the Moto 360 are great. To save better, I chose to leave the brightness on the lowest setting. And under bright sunlight conditions, the display is still vivid and barely glares. After the most recent 5.1.1 Android update, the smart watch has become more stable and more feature packed. I would definitely recommend this smart watch as an entry into the Android Wear family.

Great watch, amazing battery life!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can go a full work day and only lost about 15% of my battery life while connected to my phone. I also just recently left my phone at home and got to experience the WiFi connection on the moto 360, I still got all of my updates, I could text and reply to messages, I even got a notification of an incoming phone call and the voicemail that followed. Exactly what I wanted in a smart watch! I didn't even realize how much I used it until I left it at home one day! Anyway, 10/10 would highly recommend! Also, get the geek squad on it! It's tough but I knock this thing around on a daily basis, the watch face is about the size of an prep cookie so it dominates my lady wrist.

Worth the wait!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't believe anyone who tells you this has a twelve hour battery life. I took it off the charger at 6:30 this morning and now at 3:30 it's still at 62%. It goes all day with no trouble, and no one needs more than that since you can't use it while you sleep anyway. The wireless charger that comes with it makes charging easy, and boy does it charge fast. Less than an hour for 0 to full. As far as functionality goes, that's all dependent on Android Wear, which so far I'm loving. I know in a few weeks there's a big update coming out that will open the floodgates for custom watch faces. The ones that come with the watch are actually all gorgeous though. No duds. I'm a big fan of google now and this makes it even more useful. As a side benefit my phone gets better battery life now since i'm not taking it out nearly so much.

Great looking, works well, strap could be better.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The, design is sharp. So far, the battery life has not been too bad. The strap however feels nice on the wrist but looks cheap. Even looks more like foam than leather. Android Wear is promising. I don't want to make or receive calls on a watch... Nor do I want to look like I'm wearing a PDA on my wrist... Or a calculator watch, for that matter. But I do want the latest tech, style, and convenience of notifications on demand without looking like I'm a slave to my phone.

Motorola - Moto 360 23mm Smartwatch for Android De
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the Moto 360 watch for about a month now. Overall I love it. It does most of what I wanted a smart watch to do. Battery life for me has been excellent. I charge it in the morning, and leave it on all day and night. It still has about 14% charge in the morning. Now if I play with the features a lot during the day, then it certainly wears the battery down. My only criticism is not with the watch, but with some of the apps. I would love it if more apps were able to be used without the phone in range. One particular app used for running must have the phone in range for it to function. I hate running with my phone, but I guess I'll now look at it as a safety issue!. Overall, great watch and great notifications and uses.

Love it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This watch was something I didn't think would be right for me, unsure if it would be useful for my needs, but I wanted to give it a try anyway and see what the hype was about. I'm happy to say, weeks later I'm in love with this thing. The fact that I can see, clear, and respond to notifications on my phone without taking it out of my pocket or off the charger has been a real help at my work place or during meetings when phones need to stay out of sight and completely unheard. I feel as if it gets better on a daily basis as well with more applications supporting android wear which is the link between the phone and the watch. Overall I would recommend this watch to anyone that may be on the edge of purchasing one.

Great smart watch!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I debated a very long time, read reviews here and other sites and watched every youtube video before making my final decision. I chose this device because it offered the most when compared to others. I also chose it because of its modern look. I decided that I would continue to use my fitbit. for its accuracy for movement. I would compare the two to see how it stands up. Here is my opinion: I would not purchase this if you want it for exercise and movement. I believe the heart rate monitor gives consistent readings. The time spent moving feels accurate. The steps do not. I consistently have 1000 or more steps logged on the fitbit and on the S Health app on my phone. So... leaving that aside, I highly recommend the Moto 360- for all the reasons other than fitness. I love the ease of use for setting up google reminders. I love the notifications that I think are more consistent than just using my phone (I cannot always hear my phone or feel the vibration, even if it is in my pocket. The phone often changes to silent (I am sure I am accidently touching something), but I rarely do it on purpose. Now, I can see the message and decide if it can wait or if I want to answer now. I am starting to use the theater mode so that the watch does not turn on and off, on and off from just any wrist movement. The wrist gesture option is for moving through the messages. That's fine. It is just distracting to others (I teach) when it turns on from just moving my wrist, even a little. So, in all, the price was right and I like the look (round, black, black leather) and I am so glad I have this.

Love my Moto 360
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was lucky enough to find one when they were pretty scarce. Bought it to give android wear a test and I'm happy to say Im enjoying what it has to offer and seeing it improve. The 360 is a beautiful watch and feels and looks great IMO, the only issue I had originally was the battery life wasn't that great but as android wear has updated more and more the battery life has improved a lot more (as long as you're not constantly on it or have ambient on you'll last easily through a day)

If it's for you, it's great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoyed it primarily for telling time as I don't normally wear a watch, but I don't need to be as connected as the Moto 360 provides. The options for settings, kinds of content, and watch faces were great, I just don't tend to carry my phone on me, and as such couldn't really take advantage of many of the features it offered. For notifications at a glance, it was very convenient, but if you tried to interact with it in a way that was instigating an action, it was a bit painstaking. Overall, if you're looking for a notification based, classy looking smartwatch, this is the one.

My favorite smartwatch...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not much needs to be said, other than the fact that the Moto 360 is arguably the best smartwatch around, overall. I came from a Galaxy Gear, and while I miss being able to make and answer phone calls from my wrist, the overall package is much better here, and it is deeply integrated into the Android OS. Aside from that, unlike the Gear and Apple watch, this will work with a plethora of phones and looks sexy. I changed the wristband, and people ask questions all the time. At $250 it was a tough sale, but at $150 it is a steal. It keeps getting better with every update and the battery lasts all day. Qi wireless charging is on tap.

Great Looking Watch, Android Wear Needs Work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited for this watch when it was announced. It was the only smartwatch that actually looked like a watch. And it for sure did not disappoint there. It is just flat out sexy looking. The leather band felt great for a day or two but after it broke in my friends told me it then felt cheap which was a shame. That wasn't the problem with the watch, the problem was the operating system in android wear. I basically only used it for getting a quick look at the weather and seeing who texted me and who was calling me. The watch didn't do much else other ththan count my steps which was nice. But I just didn't see a use for it right then and there. Maybe after an update the OS will be great but it needs time to bake. Battery life easily got me threw an entire day and now Motorola has put out a new update (after I returned watch) which apparently doubles the battery life and many people who still have theirs said that it is true. So if you just want texts and calls on a sexy cool looking watch. Get this. I'm personally waiting it out after trying it for a week.

Affordable 1st gen smart watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was almost ready to send this back because of the terrible battery life. It was only lasting half of the day. I had it boxed up and ready to return when I decided to give it another shot. I'm glad I did because this thing is amazing and the battery life is lasting the whole day now. It's nice to not have to lug my Note 4 everywhere to keep track of my steps and when I want to check my heart rate its ready to go. There is also a new update 5.1.1 coming soon that is supposed to add some nice new features. Android Wear is in it's infancy and this watch is a nice first step.

Looks great and works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.looks nice on your wrist and with the updates to 5.0 does simple things better but doesn't have what the gear S brings to the table witch is a speaker to answer your phone calls example I was hearing music and I left my phone next to my sound link 3 and I was getting a incoming call and my watch said I can swipe to answer so I did and NOTHING! I has to run to my phone to hear my phone call so what's the point of swipeing to answer if you can't speak to the watch. Texting was the same thing you can only do voice commands and reply to your text message that way but most of the time it didn't write what I said to reply and you can't edit the text before you send it...it's also wait and let it send it or hit cancel and re say what you want to send out also if there people talking around you or noise around you forget even sending a voice reply text message this watch will keep listening even though your already done saying what you wanna reply and most of the time it would keep listen and then just stop and not write nothing down and with the Gear S you can use the keyboard to send out a text message and it has a speaker to answer calls and speak and hear the caller straight from the watch.overall this watch looks nice but it's just so you can quickly see your notifications hopefully the next Moto 360 can have a speaker to answer calls and maybe a keyboard to reply to text. Battery on it was ok it last longer then the Gear S because you do less on this watch then the Gear s I would say wait for the next Moto 360 or the Samsung Gear-A for a 150 would I get this watch yes if you didnt have a watch already I mean if your gonna spend 100 plus on just a normal G-shock watch then you might as well get the Moto 360 just know you would have to put it to charge every night and if your good with that then yes get this over any normal watch but if you want to do more then just look at your notifications then no I would wait

Looks great, works well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the 360 for a month now. It is paired with a 2014 Moto X. Here are the highlights: Battery life is excellent. I've only had one or two days where it hasn't lasted, and they were anomalies. Usually have 15-25% remaining by bedtime. This is with ambient mode off, mind you. Setup and pairing is super easy. You can only pair it with one Android device, but I haven't found that to be an issue. Voice recognition and performance have been good, as expected. Rarely noticed any lag. Sometimes won't light up when I go to look at it, so I have to tap the display or the button. Comfortable and stylish; my wife didn't realize it was a smartwatch at first. Most people have the same reaction. Leather band is excellent, fits well, and has held up to moisture well. I know this because my baby son spit up on it, and I had to wash the device off. No issues. Charging is nice; works with Qi-compatible wireless chargers, but if you don't have one with you when you travel...oops! The included charger makes the watch a nice miniature bedside clock. Heart rate monitor is OK; this type of sensor is not known for being highly accurate, but it gets in the range of reality most of the time. My main qualms are with some of the interaction methods in Android Wear (the software), which has little to do with the device. One thing I wish would be different here is when I tap the face and the "OK Google" voice listening activates, I want to be able to dismiss that without turning off the display entirely ("palming it"). The "flat tire" isn't really annoying, but that's in part due to the watch faces I use. Many faces have the bottom cut off, which is a distraction. I understand why they made this design choice, but I do believe there are other options. Maybe on version 2 they'll get it right. Summary: Great device. If you want a smart watch, this is an excellent choice for Android users. Many people may not see the utility of it yet, but if you use your phone a lot for notifications, getting directions, and replying to texts and emails, you'll be pleased.

try for yourself
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it. Nothing but complements on this beauty my wrist measures 6.75 inches and it looks great. Big not huge, in my opinion that's how a mans watch should be. With the right tweeks I get 3 days on a charge no problem. I love the fact that with the change of the watch face in seconds you go from modern to classic or casual to formal. If not sure about the size go to your nearest best buy and try it on. Even if better nicer ones come out in the future I'm sure this will be a all time favorite.

Concerned about battery but very surprised
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read lots of reviews saying the battery on this watch isn't very good. I was surprised when after day 3 I still had enough power to make it through the day. I don't keep the ambient screen on though. The "flat tire" at the bottom of the screen that houses the sensors doesn't really bother me that much. It takes away from some of the watch faces, but I just download ones that are black. When you are looking through notifications the "flat tire" doesn't bother me at all because it is kind of like a little shelf for text to sit on helping with readability. I don't like that I couldn't find one with a brown band from the beginning, so I'm stuck with the ugly gray band in a box in my room. I like that the bands are interchangeable, but don't try to get a regular band from your local watch store. The watch has little plastic "bumps" to reinforce the back which makes the watch require custom watch bands. You can easily work around this by cutting a notch into your watchband to make it fit, but I just bought ones made for it. There are already third party bands designed for the Moto online.

Does what it's supposed to do
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this watch. Now I don't have to pull out the phone each time there's an email or text. I also love the ability to change the watch faces. Every other feature is secondary (for me anyway). The only gripe I have is the flimsy strap and how it's attached to the watch - I feel like it needs to be more robust if this is supposed to be an "activity" watch. Otherwise, great product and super easy to setup.

Beautiful watch, decent battery life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Moto 360 is a great watch. Battery Life (8 out of 10) - Battery life is fine, I get about a day and a half by the time its at 5%. Sure it is less than the gear 2 but who needs 2 or 3 days of battery when you charge it every night with your phone. Now if I do have the screen on at all times I get about a day, but still enough. Look, feel, and quality (9 out of 10) - The round face looks like a normal watch and doesn't look to big on my wife's small wrists. The leather strap is comfortable along with the smooth bottom of the watch. The watch is also surprising lightweight and is noticeably lighter than the galaxy gear 2. Features (9 out of 10) - Android wear is nice but still very new. I prefer most things on android compared to samsungs tizen (especially apps, better future with Android, most of tizen apps are NOT free and are poor apps). Heart rate monitor seems to work better than the gear 2's. Overall very good watch.

Beautiful and Practical
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this watch for over a month and I am extremely happy with it. For $150 it's so affordable yet high quality. It's had 2 updates since I got it and it works extremely well. It's great for notifications and other simple tasks (shopping lists, timers). I mainly love it because it actually looks like a watch and not a piece of tech. It's great to pick so many different watch faces as well as design your own. More apps are being developed for it all the time so that's encouraging. Battery life was something I was concerned about at first but now, especially with the updates, I can get 2 days of use without charging if I wanted to. This is relatively pointless since I charge it every night anyway. Speaking of the charger, this is one of the greatest bonuses of this product. Charging is wireless and the dock is perfect because it acts like a bedside alarm clock. My only gripe is that voice commands and dictation can be frustrating at times but that may improve in the future. Yes this product is a year old but considering what others are charging for a similar product, it's a no-brainer.
