Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Moto 360 Smartwatch 46mm Stainless Steel's long battery life, stylish design, and useful notifications. They appreciate that it is easy to use and offers a variety of watch faces to choose from. However, some customers have concerns about its durability, display quality, connectivity issues, heart rate monitor accuracy, and its size being too large for smaller wrists.

    Motorola did it again

I was using the pebble smart watch before jumping to the moto 360. So the main thing that attracted me was the style. And the quality of materials is incredible. Stainless steel, leather band, gorilla glass. If you are stuck on deciding weather to get it or not, I'd say its worth the investment. Android wear is still very young at this time, but it will only get better over time. The moto 360 set a new standard for smart watches and will cause developers to want to make applications to run on something so beautiful and popular. Battery life is incredible. Lasts me two days easy! Customization and ease of use are great too.

Pretty much gives you all notifications of google now, you can replay (talk) messages from watch from some apps, whatsapp, hangouts, stock messages app (no gosms) which is awesome. Navigation directions are very handy. Many watch faces to choose from. Overall i love it.

This was the first time that I have bought a SmartWatch. I really like the design and the feaures, though I Idefinitely think with time they will become much better. Great for receiving notifications and eessages when away from your phone, while on same WiFi network

Design of the watch is amazing. I prefer the circular face to the square face as it makes the device look like a watch. I think this makes it look professional. The device allows me to view/respond text messages (using many different applications) or emails without having to pull out my phone. Battery life is great! I put the watch on at 6 in the morning and don't take it off until about 9 at night. The watch lasts all day. All notifications go directly to the watch as well as the phone. It is great to quickly see my notifications from ESPN SportsCenter, SMS, Phone Calls, and EMails directly on the watch.

As the moto360 was announced several months ago, I was initially super excited. It was clearly the best design out of the bunch of first releases. Having a pebble at the time, I was excited for the upgrade. Then the intital reviews came through with horrible stories about battery life being dismal. I put a hold on the purchase and said, "maybe this isn't the watch for me." Jump to last week, Moto releases an update that many users reported as significantly increasing battery life and I was back in. Had the watch for 3 days now and can say it's great. The design is beautiful. The functionality is as expected. The battery gets me from morning to late evening (I'm getting about 18 hours of moderate to heavy use, lots of emails, texts, some navigation, etc). It's also still new so I probably play with it more than I will a month from now. All that said, it's first generation and I'm sure I'll be jealously eyeing the next version as hardware improvements come into play. I'm happy to get Wear on my wrist. If you're interested in being an easy adopter, I don't think you can go wrong here.

Love the look and the size of the watch face. I like the ability to change faces to suit my mood or outfit. I wish I could control what apps are on the watch without having to remove them from my tablet and phone. For instance, I do not want to do bank transaction on that ityy bitty screen so why have it on the watch? I was able to disable notifications, though. With light usage I've barely used 50% of the battery in a day. I like the buzz on my wrist for notifications. It cuts out the incessant need to check my phone when it's on silent. Overall, I'm a die hard Motorola girl all the way back to the Startac so I'm a fan regardless.

I have been using it for 2 months now. Great design, round and no bezel. The flat tire at the bottom doesn't bother at all. I can't start my day without putting it on, Very useful for notifications and small tasks. Battery always lasts me more than a day

I'd been waiting on this watch for just over 6 months (announcement in March, on sale in September). I had a Pebble Steel on order in February but when this was announced I immediately cancelled that order - no matter how long I would have to wait for the Moto 360 to be released. I ordered the Silver/Gray and am very impressed with the overall look/feel of the watch and materials used. I've received numerous compliments and inquisitive looks from people. Even had my dentist ask what kind of watch it was since it had a black face :) Overall, it's more than I expected in the look/feel/function departments. Look - not as big as I was expecting it to be (definitely a plus) Feel - much lighter than I was expecting - barely know it's there half the time (another plus) Function - here's another area I've been impressed with. This is my first smart-watch and as far as function goes - I know it isn't supposed to replace my phone (LG Nexus 5). I've seen many reviews/comments from people wishing there was a way to type on a keyboard on the watch or browse the web. Since it's running android, I'm sure there are plenty of entrepreneurial people out there that can/will make those things happen. For me, the beauty of android wear (and this watch) is being able to (at a glance) see what notifications are coming into my phone and either take action on them on the watch, or dismiss them on the watch/phone so I don't have to worry about them - all without taking my phone out of my pocket. The list of wear-compatible apps is growing by the day and there is definitely even more potential for this watch/android wear. From a battery life perspective, I was also skeptical after reading initial reviews. After a couple of android wear software updates over the last 6 weeks, the battery life has kept improving. I can easily get through a day without worrying about whether my watch is going to be able to even tell me the time later on that night. A typical day for me has the watch off the charger (at 100%) and on my wrist around 7:30am. As I'm writing this, it's 1:10pm and it still has 76% left. Most nights when I go to bed (around 11pm or 12am) there is still at least 30% or so left. Actual mileage will, of course, vary based on how often you're using it and what you're using it for. At $250 it is a bit pricey compared to other current offerings in this space. However, it is cheaper than other high-end watches you can buy as well. If you're debating whether or not to get this vs something else out there in the smart-watch arena - stop debating and place an order. You will not be disappointed!

The Moto360 has actually exceeded my expectations. The screen is very crisp, and the battery easily lasts all day - on average I put it in its sleek wireless dock with about 40% charge remaining. And MY GOODNESS does it look great. It picks up and understands voice commands very well, though it does have its occasionally hickups. There are also times where it randomly gets disconnected from my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4), but its rare. Any gripes I currently have the with 360 I believe could be resolved with a software update.

I've had the Moto 360 for over a month. The watch connects effortlessly to my Nexus 6 (via Android Connect), so I get text, email and traffic alerts via the watch. The vibrator in the watch is strong enough to be easily felt. Voice commands to the watch occasionally misfire, but not often. Battery life of the watch is fairly good. I can probably go up to 48 hours between charges but I do charge nightly. Charging is very fast .. typically an hour or less. Oh .. and the Moto 360 also tells time.

I went to BB with the idea of buying an LG smartwatch but this was definitely the best looking of them all so I bought it, and I'm glad I did. It works fine with my LG G4, the leather band is very comfortable to wear, the screen is bright enough under direct sun light, voice recognition is great, there are plenty of watch faces to choose from so I'm very pleased with it. Of course battery life is somewhat limited but it's OK for one full day of moderate use, no complaints about that. The only thing I haven't get used to is the ambient light sensor at the bottom of the screen, it just doesn't look right there but maybe it's just me. One final note: Consider buying a screen protector, I accidentally hit a metallic edge and made a tiny little scratch on my screen, believe me you don't want that to happen.

Pros: still the stylish watch out right now For its features battery last all day so that's a plus. Supports most major apps It's different from most watches interface, I had the pebble, time. Right screen size, doesn't feel too big Fast, it never lags at anything it does. Customizable, there are a lot of watch faces and the new interactive faces you can add to make it stand out more, and new always on feature. $150 is a great price. Wifi included with new update Cons: Overall battery isn't impressive compared to other basic watches that does less. With its slim design it's hard to stand out with watch skins, like slickwraps have a few but the Bezzle is really slim. For most women this would be too big

I love this product. I got a deal on it ($150) and can say that I wouldn't spend much more than $180 on ANY wearable. The technology is not where it needs to be, and spending more than $180 would disappoint many people. My rationale was that if I only told time on it, I still got a good deal. That said, battery life is OK, speed/performance is solid with the 5.1 OTA upgrade, and style/form factor is still tops. If you want better everything, pay more for a newer differently branded product. Beware, that functionality will be the same, no matter the model, and I am convinced that if i had paid much more for this type of technology, I'd be wanting a lot more.

I'm probably a little more into watches than I am into smart devices in general. That being said, this watch is cool, casual, and customizable. The black color doesn't bring much attention to it, so if you're into that, I'd suggest getting the metal links. If you want a more subtle approach, download Facer or WatchMaker to spruce up your watch face. I mostly use this watch to send quick texts or change the track on my phone without taking it out of my pocket on the train. It's also pretty nifty to check your phone's updates on your watch without looking too suspicious at work. My only complaint is that it's a fingerprint magnet, so face protector is a must.

I bought this a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it. I have the black one and changed the band to the brown strap and it looks great. I get email and text notifications and can even text back. I can check my Instagram and Twitter accounts and even watch my security cams from my watch. The weather apps are great, and the navigations is pretty great, gives you a little display when driving and buzzes and gives you arrows and directions when you need to turn. Once you learn a couple of power management tricks, the watch will last the whole day through heavy use. The main one to use is to turnoff the "tilt to wake up screen" if you are driving since you tend to flick your arm many many times when driving.
