A Decent Purchase...

The only issue is that for some reason the caller ID only displays the first 2 lines of a call, which is most of the time filled up by the name of the caller so the actual number never shows. Even if you go into the caller ID for more details it still doesn't show. Also, it doesn't have a 2.5mm headset jack. Other than that it's very nice and classy. Stylish even. Would I buy these again? Maybe, if I or whoever I was buying it for already had a way of properly seeing the caller ID. Months later it's still working like the day I got it for her and the volume for the hard of hearing is more than adequate. So...

Just What I Needed

The volume boost really makes a difference when I'm calling someone with a cell phone. In this era of Covid, I like that I can wipe it down when it gets dirty, too.

Saw it in the store and liked the look and feel of the handset. Like that it's a little heavier than other brands. Already have voice mail with Xfinity, but it's simple to turn off the VM on the base unit and the hand set can pick up on the fact I have VM waiting thru Xfinity.

The buttons are very easy to press and large. The phone itself is very comfortable to hold, light and very well made. the sound is much better than our phone as well. The only hard part is learning all the functions. Much different than the Panasonic we had for years.
