did not know Best buy had unlock phone, and i got a Motorola was so impress with it. i tell my friends if they need a unlock phone go to Best Buy, especially the open box. Price can't be beaten

Love this unlocked phone. Great screen display and 32GB of storage. I broke the screen and wanted another one but can't find one. First one had sound issues

Motorola updates lacking. Phone speaker is not very clear. At&t coverage very good. Can be glitchey. Prefer Samsung phone over Motorola.

I got this phone for my mother and she loves it!!! It’s a much bigger phone than she previously had. It is a none contract phone and she absolutely loves it. I should have price matched with amazon but oh well still a nice phone.

Have several phones, 2 of which are motos. For an inexpensive phone it works great. Used on both t-mobile and verizon with no trouble. Speaker not the best and the wireless is a scoshe slow but hey, its not an $800 phone

This is the second one I bought. The first one that I bought last year is very useful, so I bought one for my mom this year. The best thing about the phone is the long battery life. You won't be worry about the shortage of battery when you go outside. It would at least take three days (depends how you use) to keep the cell phone at outstanding status. The screen solution and picture quality is good, too. If you want to have a cell phone to call, play games, take a good picture, chat with family and friends, and any other normal functions, it is a good one with the reasonable price.

This was a present for a family member in another country and the fact that it's unlocked is great. Nice features too. Nice color and good quality. Good price.

I purchased this phone primarily for the camera megapixels and the storage space, but the phone itself turns out to be a great deal for the price.

Had purchased the 5s plus three weeks prior to this purchase. Both phones are very similar. The E4s plus has longer battery life and a rapid quick charge USB charger that fully supports the massive 5000 mah battery supplying 2 days of phone usage. Both phones have Android 7.1 os. Google Assistant can be downloaded on the E4, giving both phones the same AI experience. Excellent response accessing web pages. A much better phone than Nexus 6p. Most Motorola phones are reasonably priced and should be considered for purchase over higher priced competitors.

I wanted a smartphone that wouldn't break the bank. All the so called flagships these days are so expensive you basically have to take out a second mortgage. I originally bought the Moto E4 which was sufficient with the exception of the on board storage. It only came in 16gb which I used up with my apps almost instantly. So I exchanged for the E4 Plus w/ 32gb and boy am I happy I did so. The camera is a slight improvement but still pretty bad. Although I don't expect much at this price point. All in all it gets the job done and is overall satisfactory. It isn't good for someone that multitasks a lot or expects everything on their phone to occur in a fraction of a ssecond. Where it excels is battery. I can easily get through a day with heavy use. 2-3 with moderate to light use. It is also well made. Plastic around the sides and egdes of the back. Metal in the center of the back. Hefty is how I'd describe it. I did get a case because I let my 3 year old use it to watch her shows. I mostly use my phone for the basics. Calling, texting, and browsing. I do consume quite a bit of media via different video streaming apps and Pandora. Bluetooth hasn't been a problem nor has WiFi. The 720p display doesn't bother me in the least. Sure 1080p and 2k are beautiful but I'll make that sacrifice to save a fair bit of green.

I am happy with this phone. Works with straight talk and the battery life is incredible. I would recommend this phone to anyone on a budget

PRO- UNLOCKED PHONE CAN GO TO ANY NETWORK GREAT STORAGE SPACE PHONE IS LIGHT CAN CARRY EASY WITH NO PROBLEM CONS TO THIS PHONE PROBLEMS WITH VOLUME/HEARING FEATURES WHEN ON CALLS DOESN'T WORK WELL WITH BLUETOOTH BATTERY DOESN'T LAST LONG/TAKES TOO LONG TO CHARGE

Israel was a great help at Best Buy. He helped with selecting the phone and getting all my info ported to the new phone. Phone works well and charges fast. I love that it's unlocked, lightweight and easy to hold. Setup with Verizon was quick and it connected easily to my car via Blue Tooth. It's taken awhile to get everything set up (not the phone's fault). Google has annoyingly allowed all apps a Peek option which I've had to disable. They didn't have a case so purchased one on Amazon which came quickly.

Easy to use. Good camera. Sound could be better. Holds a charge. Price was excellent and Best buy set it up for me.

Great screen size, better camera quality for price paid. Great phone as a gift "$$" wise. Cool features compare to samsung.

Fourth time I’ve bought a phone for my kid he has broken, these are nice backups to those expensive ones, does the job keeps me connected to him and teaches a lesson.

Unless you need the very latest camera on your phone something like this is far more practical / economical. Runs perfect / never a problem/ even though its a smartphone and I use it heavily it never seems to seems to run down the big battery quickly. reminds me of when we all used to be able to use our Razors for a couple of days w/o a charge. I'm glad I came back to Motorola.

Great phone for the price. Large crystal clear screen and fast cpu all my apps run solid and fast love the phone.

This is a perfect unlocked phone a great price! Battery life last literally all day long! Because of this phone we are thinking that we might not waste our money on flagships anymore! We got this because our son cracked his phone and instead of giving a new one he got this. And is loving it cuz it does exact same thing as the Z did p and he doesn't have to charge it as often. No complaints here! Definitely the huge bargain for the price and what you get for!
