I bought this phone for my friend and he loves it. He doesn't like Motorola phones but after using this phone he would probably stay with Motorola for good. He says the pictures are too beautiful and the speaker is awesome. The price too is great. I will probably buy another one

Battery life was great. There is no fast charging and the green screen tint is an issue. Other than that would've been a great phone besides those issues.

The edge is one of the best phones available that has an SD card slot The Price is Right cannot go wrong with it. It's the high end of low-end phones but it's a great phone super great processor awesome screen

Taller, brighter, more readable display. Not quite as easy to use with one-hand or carry in a pocket because of its greater height but, for me, it is a minor inconvenience. Similarly, I am not having issues touching the edges of the curved display and accidentally opening/closing apps that others have reported. While I do miss the back button, I am getting used to the new gestures and, except for force of habit, think the new gestures are an improvement. Best Buy offerred an exceptional pre-order price and exceptional and timely service. I activated with VZW and had issues with self activation so I had to call their technical support line. They said for this phone, they had to change some settings I had no access too to get the phone activated but, have had no issues since. I am a very happy customer and very pleased with all involved.

I am a Motorola fanboy. I've been very loyal to the company. In the last several years, I've had the Moto X Pure, the Z3 Play, the One hyper, and now the Edge. I love the Motorola software experience, and have recommended Motorola to everyone for years. I'm afraid I can no longer do so. For some reason, they released the phone at a reasonable $500, only to raise the price to $700, and have now dropped the price to $500 again. I paid full price for it, which would be fine, if it worked as it should. I saw some customers complain about the display issues, but trusted a company to which I've been loyal for years and purchased the handset. My display issues have now started (conveniently outside Best Buy's 14 day return policy). I've looked at the Motorola forums, and it seems like Motorola doesn't have a workable solution for this issue. Congratulations Motorola (or I should say, Lenovo. The quality has gotten considerably worse since the purchase), you got me. I paid a premium price for a handset that doesn't function as it should. I'll be doing business with OnePlus from now on.

For the price this phone did not last past two years. No worth the money

I don't care much for phone. I don't feel it is worth the extra money over the gpower. (I purchased one of each.) However, it was in excellent condition arriving as open box item is declared. best buy handled the order very satisfactory. I appreciate their skill in customer service.

I was happy with this phone for 2 1/2 months, then tonight I first noticed the screen issues that others have commented on, specifically colored areas on the screen that are visible whether or not anything is open on the screen. I had high hopes for this phone since my husband's Moto G5S Plus phone has been problem-free since he purchased it in Dec. 2017. So now I have the hassle of dealing with a phone hardware issue, and the timing couldn't be worse.

Have owner Motorola phones in the past and needed an upgrade from my previous phone. Looked at this and the Pixel 4A 5G. Specs for the Edge seemed a bit better and I was surprised at just how good this phone is. The Motorola Edge is easily comparable to Samsung or Apple phones costing twice as much. Complaints about photo quality seem a bit over the top. I found the camera features and photo quality to be excellent. Call quality is perfect and, as a T-Mobile customer, i get excellent 5G coverage. The speed and smoothness of this phone is great. Screen resolution and color is spectacular and it has more storage than I will likely ever use. Don't overspend for an overrated flagship phone when the Motorola Edge exceeds expectations for less than half the price!

Phone appears to be pristine (open box item), great screen, fast response time. Haven't tried the camera yet. Only issue I have is that I received a Samsung charger with a non-USB C cable! Will have to seek an exchange for the adapter

Right out of the box the phone performed admirably. The big prosessor, the huge internal memory and the camera with different lense, make that phone special and the PRICE at BEST BUY is fenominal!!!!! I LOVE it!!!

I May change my mind later on but I must say this phone is something I definitely have to get used to. So if you're particular going from an iphone to this would not be recommend because it is a very different feel that makes it hard to get used to longer.

It's a solid phone and it performs well. However, based on Moto's decision not to give it more than 1 major OS update I can't recommend it, at least not at full price. Get a really good sale price and it's worth a look.

Excellent product. Love the speed of the phone for under $700. Beautiful screen. Would buy again. Only thing is I wish it was slightly wider than taller. Feels like holding a vertical candy bar Lol jk jk.

This phone is all the hype but none of the private secure device that I had expected from Motorola. The company Lenovo, has a reputation that compelled me to select this phone over Samsung and Apple, but I was disappointed and surprised that the Edge didn't live up to expectations. I have had problems with it from the day of purchase, and still are struggling with it. The battery is constantly being drained and the operating system slows so bad, that the live wallpaper begins to skip and freeze. The applications load very slowly and I had to switch to a unlimited data plan to make up from the background data drain from the phone. I have asked Best Buy for help and support from Motorola, but neither have been of any assistance. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy and seeking more current information on Motorola products. I have had a very rough time with finding a retail store, online or location based, that can offer a real phone selection service to the fast growing cellphone manufacturing business. Once again, I will attempt to seek out Best Buy for solutions, but with little faith in their staff.

At $450 dollars on sale, it is the best deal ever. The new Motorola Edge cell phone has an amazing screen made with gorilla glass 5 and a water repellent coating. It is amazingly responsive. With 256gb's of storage built in I have no need for a micro sd card. It also comes with 6gb's of memory and the snapdragon 765 eight core processor. It also has the capability of using the latest 5g standard. The list goes on and on. The result is an extremely fast, responsive phone with so many amazing specs you need to go to the motorola website to check out all of the specs. I rate it a 10 out of 10.

It has a nice design. I just didn't like the fact it kept freezing. Maybe it was just this particular phone.

Beautiful screen. Easy to set up and use. Good battery life. Fast. Slim phone fits into my work uniform pocket. I was able to carry over my 512 gb micro sd card. Pay attention to your carriers 5g frequencies. Overall, a great phone for the money.

Everything is decent with this phone except the front face camera ... when indoors taking a self-image my skin color was red

No more keyboard typing mistakes... Dropped in a 1 TB micro SD card and all good...quick network wifi bluetooth operation s!!! LLOVING THIS TELEPHONE...AND FASSSSST EVERYTHING !! boom BOOM !
