Samsung phones, insurance for same

This year it seemed that employees didn't know the products as well as in the past. Also, we bought the insurance for both phones, at same price, but when he dropped his phone in the lake, we discovered the insurance didn't cover loss, only damage. For the same price as my expensive phone, the phone should have been replaced. We had to buy a new one instead

But I pretty like it, the bio-metric sensor on the screen is pretty interesting. They also update many helpful feature that you can test out also.

WARNING - NOT AT&T ACTUAL 5G COMPATIBLE

At the same time, Motorola's website also advertised this phone as compatible with AT&T 5G. Recently, Motorola changed their website and it no longer advertises this phone as AT&T 5G compatible. It actually now highlights T-Mobile 5G. On a compatibility chart, it lists AT&T as partially compatible. Things to keep in mind are: It does not support AT&T actual 5G bands. It does not support AT&T Wi-Fi calling. It does not support AT&T Voice over LTE. If AT&T keeps this negative outlook on unlocked phones, this phone will barely work come 2022 when they drop their 3G coverage. Best Buy will see the phone as working as intended and will charge me a restocking fee when I try to return it, even if their advertisement was incorrect about AT&T compatibility. I spent hours with AT&T tech support trying to figure out why this phone was not getting actual 5G on an actual 5G area. Those hours wasted I will never get back. Now I will also have to pay $45 to return it. I am solely giving the phone 2 stars because the phone itself is very good.

BUT the wonderful folks at the Albany Best Buy helped me to install a better protector. the phone is like magic... I'm very, very grateful!

Great phone!

The only issue I had (maybe it was service related) was I couldn’t receive pictures from iPhone users for some reason. Otherwise, the picture quality was amazing and I LOVED the customization!

Replacinged a Samsung S7 with the Motorola Edge.

Priced better than a new Samsung, plus intruductry price was $200 off list price. So far a good choice. Still getting used to features on this phone, but a solid choice for the price.

Keeping up with the Jones'

Wont Recieve SMS

Check with ur service provider if you will receive SMS on this phone before buying. Tried with Verizon and Xfinity none worked. Dark colors (black) shows up like smudged and, now u know the huge discounts on it

Love it!!

However after a month using it, some weird purple smudges appeared on the screen, they come and go but definitely not a good thing for a new phone. They need to fix that asap!

Great features and affordable

Let down by poor quality software, update policy

In reality, Lenovo flavor of Android lets it down. Camera app struggles to process photos. It randomly locks up. At least I don't have the screen issues others have had with this phone. Pass.

Screen problems

Motorola asks that you "hang in there with them" while they attempt to put out upgrades to fix the problem. While I appreciate there attempts, waiting means you could lose the opportunity to return the phone...and the fixes they've put out thus far have only lasted a short while and then the screen starts to blacken again. Not worth it. Very disappointed! I spent a whole week learning the phone and getting all my apps changed over, etc. All for nothing!
