It took several calls with customer service. I tried to save money when I should have just paid for a nice Galaxy phone. It was a present for my wife for Christmas

My career is on my phone and this phone did all my needs. Fits perfectly in my hand and takes amazing photos. Battery life is awesome but not as good as the Moto power. Out last my daughter's iphone 11 plus, charges crazy fast and last all day. Storage is perfect for work.

Audio volume is ok, but could be louder when listen to music. Phone is excellent on communication and I have only had one dropped call. Great set of applications through Motorola definitely a buy and an outperformer against higher dollar handset competition. Rating this phone 5 stars, buy buy buy, booyah!

Unfortunately I have not been able to find any glass screen protector & no good case for it either. It isn't Motorola's fault, but you would think places like Best Buy would try to carry these types of items. I think Motorola phones are some of the best on the market with fair prices and this is no exception. So far, I love it!

Has several issues

I have liked the phone for the past 6 months but now the screen has started to show black, purple and green spots. I have not dropped the phone or gotten it wet so I'm not sure why this is happening. I have also checked some reviews online from other retailers and many of them mention the same comment. Also the screen lock doesn't come on when I am talking with people so I randomly mute or put them on speaker phone. I could go on but the review would be to long.
