Best Buy replaced it without too much hassle other than wasting my time and gas to deal with the issue. I don't have much confidence of the replacement phone doing much better... Time will tell...

However within one month the phone completely shut off, lost pictures and videos some things can never be forgiven will never buy Motorola again...
