We tried with the carrier to the problem and didn't succeed

Inferior Product

After using it for a little more than a week, she noticed a problem with the display. Best Buy wouldn't refund me because it was technically past the fourteen day window, even though she didn't open the present until December 25, 2020 and we noticed the problem on January 5, 2021. This is a known issue with this phone. Best Buy should stop selling it.
