Not a good phone

Also, check your proximity sensor. Dial a call and set the phone on a table (don't use speaker mode), then hold your hand over the proximity sensor to see if you can turn the screen off and on. Was working fine until...

It was bad, and since I am unsure if that can be fixed via a software update - and knowing Moto's update history - I promptly returned it. Beware.

Don't Waste Your Money

bad experience With open box cell phones

Disappointing

I have to use an app for work and I'm not sure if that's what's draining the battery and overheating the phone? My mid-range Samsung a10 has no problems with the app. This phone is faster then the Samsung but cannot use navigation and app at the same time because of the battery drain and overheating. Should have stayed with Samsung. Also can't find a tempered glass screen for this phone?

Unfortunate screen issues.

From the 90hz display to the large battery and storage. But after having 2 with the green screen issue and Moto saying it would be weeks for a repair, I had to give in and return it. Maybe we can try again in a few months when they have fixed the screen issue. If it can be fixed.

It’s great but one issue

You can find your repair options on this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/ and they include an extensive walk-in repair network that in many cases can provide same-day service, plus mail-in and some fix-it yourself options. You will find an interactive map that allows you to find a carry-in center convenient to you. We recommend contacting the repair center to ensure they are prepared for your specific issue. - Mike

Frustrated
