I usually get iPhones but got the cheapest phone I could get in stock at the store. Camera works good, was light weight compared to iPhones, screen was big, and overall was satisfied with it. I just didn’t like how it kind of lagged when I would tap on apps.

Phone quality and customer service

It was quick and easy. I didn't have my QR code, and they didn't make it a problem at all, I just had to show my ID. Faster than that, of course, but I expected a slightly quicker UI response. Not bad, just not tack sharp. It weighs more also but overall an insignificant difference. The finger print sensor on the button instead of the back didn't take too long to adapt. The text seems a little larger than the past phone and the screen is better. I don't take many camera phone pictures so I can't really say that I saw an appreciable difference between it and the retired phone. At a week into it, it seems capable for the applications that I need for it: Basic and utility. Oh yeah, the Lock Screen has more functionality than it did with the older software on the prior phone eg. easier to access speaker phone and sift through notifications.

Sticking with Motorola

Only a few apps did not transfer, otherwise very clean. It is a bit longer than the G7 and the font and icon images differ some but otherwise only change is great improvment in onboard memory. Still good performance. So easy to buy online and pick up in store.

The only thing I will say is that when you put in do not disturb, you can't listen to any media as it mutes it. But besides that, this phone works well, battery life is amazing, came in great condition and so far I really like it!

Its a little more bulky to me especially if your hands are on the smaller side. Its fast with games like Minecraft and roblox. I havent had any lag the battery last me just about all day when in heavy use

Motorola Fan!

This is my first 5G phone and it does great. My last phone wouldn't update past android 10 and my banking app wouldn't work anymore. This phone has a larger screen and the same Motorola gestures that I am used to. Battery is good for days. Apps run fast without issue.

Internet games, easy access features like tap pay, everything is very user friendly. Great camera. I have been buying Motorola phones for the past 10-15 years. Always a good price and works just a well as other brands in my opinion. They also are built to last. My last phone had been dropped many times with out a case and was still working fine, barley any cracks after so many accidents lol. They are well built great phones. Highly recommend especially if you want to be budget friendly

Happy with the new Moto G
