A good everyday handset

My replacement phone was delayed from my carrier and needed something to hold me over. It's little slower than my regular phone. Excellent to keep in the drawer for an emergency. Can't be without a phone these day

The man who sold me the phone didn’t know anything about it. Service was poor.

Screen quality would probably be its best feature, with sluggish performance being its worst. Good option a kid/ grandparents or non-power users.

Great phone for the money

A bit of a learning curve the first week, as with any new phone. The one problem I encounter is two-factor authentication. If logging in to a computer elsewhere it sends a notification to the phone and the prompt appears in a 'dead spot' on the interactive touch screen. making the two-factor function useless.
