One Star is one too many

Not only will I never buy a Motorola phone again, I will never buy a phone from Best Buy again because of this phone. The camera/video is poor quality. There is no NFC, so no Tap to Pay anywhere. If you FF or REW in a video it freezes up constantly (just the picture, not audio) so you have to advance to the next video and then go back to the one you were watching (happens on all video players, so it's not an app problem). About once a day I have to reset the phone because I have too many apps open and nothing on the phone will be responsive. Apps restart or just close by themselves periodically. BUT THE WORST THING OF ALL IS HOW APPS ALWAYS RESET WHEN YOU SWITCH, EVEN BRIEFLY, TO ANOTHER APP. I have never had a phone, no matter how cheap, do this. It is beyond frustrating. Shopping in the app and want to check in your browser for prices at other stores? Everything in the app will reset when you go back, and the browser will too! Need to copy a code emailed or texted to you for 2FA? Good luck with all that! Worst of all, this stupid phone keeps losing my fitness workouts because it shuts off if I do anything else! The only person who could possibly be happy with this phone is someone who has never owned anything else so they don't even realize what garbage this product is. GOODBYE MOTOROLA!!!
