Transfer of tools, apps, photos, and (gasp! at LAST!) texting history went seamlessly. This kind of transfer is one of the reasons I like Motorola -- price is another. I recommend looking at their offerings. I had to delete a lot of the apps I don't use (games & TikTok, etc.), but that was easy, too.

This Motorola is a terrible phone compared to it. The screen is slow to respond and touching the correct spot seems to be an exercise in futility. The UI appears to ne geared towards preteens. The camera is relatively good though, a pleasant surprise. At $179.99 i would rate it a "fair" buy.

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. Phone great/open box option

However, I chose the excellent option, open box product and it did not come with a charger, which if I had known this, I would have saved myself more money and went down to the next level which states accessories may not be included! My excellent option was supposed to include everything!
