Consider what you need it for

We had an emergency in Vegas, and we had to purchase a phone because ours broke down. This was a good option to get us through. If what you are looking to do with it is take good pictures while on a trip, or out with your friends, this is not the best option. The camera resolution alright, but definitely looks cheap. If what you are looking to have is a smartphone that gets you through, and you can message, call, access gps, and social media, this will do.

Phone great/open box option

However, I chose the excellent option, open box product and it did not come with a charger, which if I had known this, I would have saved myself more money and went down to the next level which states accessories may not be included! My excellent option was supposed to include everything!
