You can only find a a screen protector and case online and the shipping fee is high. The battery life is good. It gets hot if u play games.

The worst day turned into THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

Every since the first day I purchased this phone, I've had nothing but trouble!!! It is the absolute worst phone on the planet. It freezes, won't allow me to answer it or restart it. However, BEST BUY is amazing and the rep that helped me ROCKS!!! He got permission from the manager to return the phone and use the credit towards a NEW PHONE! This store in Dublin,CA has THE ABSOLUTE BEST REPS, THEY CARE, REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I will always refer folks to BEST BUY. The reps are knowledgeable, relatable and extremely knowledgeable!! The Rep that turned a horrible day into a great experience name is Address and HE IS AMAZING!! THANKS BEST BUY, I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW TO PURCHASE THE NEW PHONE!! Everyone come to the Best Buy is Dublin CA!!!

Very Very Unhappy

It was not. Also, I was not encouraged in any way to get a protective cover or shield for this phone. I dropped it within 24 hours and the front shattered. I am very dissatisfied with the entire experience.
