Hi AngelrosembertoA, We're glad that you gave us 4 stars. Phones do get warm and even hot, but rarely dangerously so. It is normal for a phone to get warm while charging and discharging, and the faster it is charging or the more power it is using the hotter it may get. If you are gaming or streaming media navigating, etc., you should expect the phone to get warm. If your phone should ever get warm enough to be concerning, you should see a warning, and the phone is expected to shut down automatically, so it can be cool. These are rare events, but the safeguards are there.
