I am unhappy that I did not get a pen and cannot find the correct one! When I purchased this phone it did show a pen on the side so I know you can get one!

My preference for location to purchase with large selection and reliable help if he should need assistance was definitely Best Buy! Seems to be working and that is what he needed!

They will insist on snail mailing your replacement the following week even if your needed replacement is in stock, despite telling you that you can "just come swap it out"

It's unlocked and he was able to set it up when we got home. I have the 2021 phone same brand and I have found I will continue to have this brand. It was easy to go online and order and pick up at the store.
