I exclusively use Android phones. I've been working in IT for a few decades and have tried so many different phones - especially when part of my job was to manage the company cell phone account. iPhones just do what they're supposed to, so they're a great option for people to learn how to use a smartphone. Good Android phones are a little more open to do more with it, and experiment with. That's usually why most non-"techie" people don't like them. I've been a Samsung fan in the past - but the price is ridiculous. Sure, many of the options that Apple promotes on their new releases are usually options that Samsung has had for a while. But, I'm done spending a lot of money on a phone This is where Motorola comes in. I've also LOVED Asus phones - but again - the prices have gotten high. I started using a Moto smartphone for my work phone and I loved it. So, it's been my go to for my work phone choice for years. Finally, my last Samsung Galaxy phone was outdated. I ordered this Moto G from Best Buy and I am so happy with this phone. It's truly is a great phone. I won't even look at another Samsung now that Motorola has really become comparable. There's zero lag when doing ANYTHING on this phone. The screen is very nice. I've gotten great pics with it. The camera isn't a huge selling point for me, because I'm a photographer with several very nice cameras for real photos and video. But, this phone takes nice pictures and video. Of course, one of the best options about Android vs Apple is that we can add to our memory. Samsung has moved away from that to make more money, but brands like Motorola have always kept the option. It's a HUGE draw for me. I really have nothing bad to say about this phone. It's totally worth it!! I use it on the AT&T network, but have also slipped my Verizon sim in it. It's fine on both networks.

I am totally impressed with the Motorola G 5G,and where phones are concerned I'm very picky! The phone has enough memory to handle 220+ apps along with all my files, media and photos(and I take A LOT of pics!). Fast page loading when surfing the web, no stalling or glitches. The camera takes outstanding photos with vivid color,very impressive. The battery lasts pretty much all day on a single charge, and I'm constantly on my phone except when asleep!! The speakers are loud for a phone, you really don't need a Bluetooth speaker unless you like it super loud. The price is great too, especially for all this phone has to offer!! You can't go wrong by purchasing the 2023 Motorola G 5G. I highly recommend this phone to everyone that's looking for an outstanding no problem fairly priced fantastically amazing phone!!

I recently purchased the Motorola Moto G 5G 2023, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! It has a powerful performance, which handles multitasking and gaming with ease. My old phone's battery life was diminished, so I replaced it with the Moto G 5g phone. The battery holds a charge far longer, and the screen is brighter. I inadvertently added a PIN to open the phone, which I couldn't remember. I returned to the store, where the tech guy was able to reset it and helped me set it up without a pin. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I love it. Feels perfect in my hands meaning weight and size. The screen is a great size everything thing is just so clear with amazing color. I love the fact that I now have way more memory than my last phone. Personally for me it was so easy to set up non complicated at all. Upstanding gaming features. The sound is loud and clear. Battery lasts 2 days before charging is necessary. I will be recommending this product to whoever is in need of a new phone.

I have had this phone for two weeks as I write this review. I bought this to replace a Motorola phone that was 4 1/2 yo and having some issues. I didn't want to spend a wad since I don't need all the bells and whistles. I got this Moto G 5G for $200. I was also considering the Samsung A14 for the same price. This phone does what I need, the process to transfer items (contacts, photos, etc) over was fairly straightforward. This phone comes with a cable but not a wall charger, which is one of the reasons I stayed with the Motorola over the Samsung. I didn't want to have to shell out another $30+ to get a wall charger and the one I had with my old Motorola worked just fine. So far it seems the battery life is good, the pictures are nice and clear, and I had no big issues connecting the phone to my carrier. The only issue I have with it after two weeks is the screen goes dark after just a few seconds. I have looked at several different settings to change this, but nothing I have reset seems to make a difference. It's annoying but not a substantial problem. Some of the features are a little different than my previous phone but so far I haven't found any issues that make me regret picking this phone.

My mother-in-law needed a new phone, had the earlier version of the Motorola (Moto G) for years. This new one was unbelievably easily to setup and transfer over the old phone to this one. Speed, ease of use, and battery life is absolutely amazing. She is a not so tech-savvy 73yo, but handles this phone with ease. Highly recommend.

For the price, it has a lot of the features I was looking for, namely, SD card slot and inexpensive 5g. This got the job done. It has plenty of onboard space and also has an expandable memory via the SD card slot which a lot of phones no longer offer. This was a must for me. I also appreciated that it has a audio jack. The only drawback is it does not have NFC features and does not do wireless charging.

Solid phone for the price, I can't really complain.good memory and camera. User interface has a small delay on some inputs but for the price it's rivaled some Samsung phones I've had. The battery is ridiculous, I charge this once every few days lol

I bought this product as a senior person for sreen size, price and 5g-ness. the product seemed well designed/made and had enough features for less frequent use. Since I wasn't looking for pocket size or lens pro styles, this Moto was a reasonable choice. I would recommend this overall.

Device is quick. Good resolution (for the money). Has a premium and quality feel in the hands (feels heavy in the hands). Good cameras. Love the looks. A little disappointed that it doesn't have NFC functionality. *Upgrading from a Samsung A13.

To be fair, I am partial to Moto phones so my review is slightly biased. All in all it's a good phone. I dont use my phone for much more than talking, texting, shopping, reading emails and googling answers to questions so it's not as if I put the phone thru a rigorous test of its functionality. But for those things I just listed as a part of my phone habits, it's a solid option at a reasonable price. I will say this though. I HATE that they push certain apps on you to download. I've never had that experience on any of my previous 4 moto phones and if this is a new standard i will find a better option. Once you get past that garbage, it's the Moto I love and know.

Good phone but current android OS has wonky Bluetooth. Phone being a 2023 model should get fixed with an update. 5g is plenty fast compared to 4g. Battery life is good. Screen is nice. Phone is light, you might want a case for it. No bloatware installed.

Great phone ..I upgraded to this phone. Wow! What an upgrade it is. better in every way, great camera with surprising optional features, lots of storage, enormous selection of personalizing options, actually a lot more than I need. I wear hearing aids Blue Tooth connected to the phone, and this one is faster to connect and more secure in keeping the connection. This is a very smart phone. I'm still learning it. I highly recommend it.

I had originally bought a Samsung A14 5g but returned it because of how slow it was, and was pleasantly surprised of how snapy and responsive this phone os compared to the Samsung. Camera is good, battery life is good and good display also.

The clean Android interface ensures Smooth user experience, and the battery life is fantastic! The camera captures vibrant photos! Overall, it's very budget-friendly yet high quality. The combination of affordability and performance is unbeatable

Motorola moto g is a budget friendly device and offers a good balance of performance and features. Camera, display and battery performance are decent.
