My family and I always bought Motorola phones, loved'em. until I bought this model, definitely you get what you pay for with this model, Motorola should be ashamed for releasing this. A lot of bugs in this phone, screen is constantly freezing, sound for the music stops but the song is still playing but not thru the speaker, etc. I've read other complaints online, Motorola seems to know about the problems, cause they send the same pre-written message to all the complaints saying to "log on to the blog" seems a simple update would solve the problems, but since it's a 2023 model they need to worry about the next new model instead. We are no longer Motorola customers.

Don't buy, only used for 7 months

I only used this for 7 months. I went to sleep with the phone at a 70% charge. The next day, I woke up and it was completely off. I've been charging it for hours and it could not charge back up again. I bought it when it was $200. I really regret buying this. It did work very well during the 7 months though. I'm guessing motorola is doing this to force buyers to replace their phone frequently, that's how they make their money.
My last motorola also died because of battery issues, but I used that one for 2 years. This is incredibly poor quality. No wonder the price keeps dropping.

The worst cell phone I ever purchased. Operating system cannot compare to Samsung or iPhone, it is NOT intuitive and a nightmare to use. Terrible instructions, commands, sound and user friendliness. There is no Customer Satisfaction Return Guarantee or it would have gone back the same week it was purchased. The current trade in value at Best Buy is $10 for my 3-month-old cellphone purchased at BB for $180. It isn't worth $10 to take it back. I would rather smash it with a hammer! Do yourself a favor and stick with iPhone or Samsung Android. I will NEVER buy anything made by Motorola again as long as I live. I'd give this cellphone less than one star or F- if possible. Any of the past three generations of Samsung phones I owned are vastly superior to this uncooperative pice of trash. Motorola should be ashamed to sell it to unsuspecting victims.

Just a basic smartphone. The camera quality is very poor. Battery life is extremely bad. Full charge on battery won't even run for even a full day.

I am more upset with Best Buy than the phone. I went to Verizon to activate it and they told me it was a used phone. The return process was terrible. The chat people, were terrible, I got "disconnected" 4 times within a couple of hours. I think it happened when they were not able to go any further in helping or just get tired of talking to me. So I needed to call back and start all over again. It took all morning, was extremely frustrating and time consuming. I am sending the phone back. I will not do business with Best Buy again and I am just hoping my refund will come through.

Would not connect to mint mobile. I've tried tech support on four occasions. Finally escalated up top number and they couldn't fix it either. Said the phone was either bad or had some other problem

i had bought the phone on line at best buy an had it shipped to my home when i took it in to get it activated the salesman was not fully qualified and said I had to return item then repurchase the phone in order to activate it. I had to wait twice as long to get it going and still didnt get everything i needed done with it

I bought this phone as an emergency because my old phone had broken but it over-heats easily, slow processing when playing games and if using for longer than like 20 minutes is starts to glitch and closes whatever app im using without warning

The 2 stars are for the functioning of the phone. It definitely serves it's purpose as a smart phone but it's definiteky bare minimum. It's light and just feels cheap. So for the price (yes you pay for the convenience of it being unlocked) but i may as well have kept the cheap TCL phone. Nothing wrong with it. You get what you pay for and this phone just isnt worth the price.
