    Best buy is a horrible company. the phone i purchased has had nothing but issues and ive only had if for 3 weeks. and they wont let me return it. i called support and they told me that motorola would refund since its still under warrenty and that is a lie. im never shopping at best buy again. they sell you crap. they lie to you. never again this will happen.

    Bought this phone for a christmas present, when it was opened on christmas, the phone was broken. The screen is shattered. I got on line to see how to return it only to find out that it is no longer returnable. It said the the 24th of Dec was the cut off date. Now I have spent money on a phone I cannot use due to it being broken..Don't buy things on line from Best Buy.

    Ordered a phone back in November The phone came with a 70 dollar gift card that was cancelled. Because it returned. The phone was delivered late therefore I returned it and purchased one in store. I’m still waiting on my refund. I’m so disappointed with Best Buy. I have spent hrs with them trying to get my refund. Worthless staff and supervisors . NEVER WILL I BUY FROM BEST BUY

    I would never buy again. The phone is just ok. It seems very much like a generic phone. Meaning, the same type sold as Blu and many other companies. Waste of money. Battery life is awful

    $140 for a great 5G phone. It fits my hand perfectly. I don't miss while typing on my keyboard. It surfs fast, and i don't live close to a good signal. Wifi is super fast. I can power my earbuds off it.And My vape pen. Screen doesn't hurt my eyes like the galaxy A32 I had for years. I had to charge that phone twice a day. The battery is decent on this phone. I get 18 hours of screen time before 0% but i also have changed my earbuds. It really is comfortable. Not budget phone lite. Cupping my hads around the too and bottom of the phone while watching a movie, gives me perfect stereo sound. Head phone jack works. Just buy it.. Camera a video is awesome for budget phone.

    I was very disappointed in this phone. We have had a Motorola phone before but this one was different. It felt clunky and was difficult to use.

    Do not like this phone, I went from a moto G stylus 2021 to this. I hate it. 90% of the time I have to close the screen back out two times for it to respond. I cannot shut music apps off or answer phone calls right away I have to because I have to open and close the screen a bunch to operate. I hate this phone it's also resembles an iPhone without a case and I hate that too.

    Nice phone but I couldn't connect it to my carrier. Then to top it off, I got charged $45 for a "restock" fee when I brought it back.

    Freezes, doesnt show calls on screen so you cant answer them. Just junk and its true you get what you pay for. Husband needed a phone in a pinch and this is what we got.
