Quadrupling storage to 128GB necessary, some programs were bombing the Fast, Moto G-5G working good, happy camper. Increasing battery from 4 to 5 Ma a break even as 5G phone sucks more power. Low resolution screen doesn't bother me, as it results in more battery life. Would have liked to get NFC, that's the primary reason for dropping this from five stars to four. i've owned several Motos along with several Lenovo computers and have always been satisfied. Almost stock Android a plus.

I bought it for my mum and with smart phones getting more sophisticated, you can imagine the learning curve for the old school folks but it's been pretty easy to navigate. The battery life is outstanding and camera quality is fantastic with an impressive 2.2gig processing. I am very impressed with Motorola and I look forward to future purchases

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the price of this phone it's comparable to my previous Google pixel 5a only better I can add an additional SD card and the cost is 350.00 dollars less than the Pixel 5a which crashed on me with just a little over 3 years of ownership never again will go with a pixel phone the Motorola Moto G is great with a nice camera, good processing speed with 128 gigs of internal space and a bright screen when viewing in the daylight. I'm hoping like my previous Motorola phones they will last until the next upgrade. So far very happy with it.

Perfect although speaker sounds tinny

Display is great, it's fast, setup was easy I like it. I was surprised that the sound when playing from speaker is not quite as good as my 2021 phone. But the display is crisper and photo look better.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Moto g 5g 2023 is my third Moto g. I had Moto g stylus 2022 most recently and I demolished the screen. On reading reviews, I could not tell whether the standard Moto gestures were being continued. They are! The two I use all the time are two chop flashlight and twist of wrist for the camera. These are the two main features that keep me coming back. I like the price for a well-performing Android. Reasonably fast and this time, decent Wi-Fi calling. I don't miss the stylus as I rarely used it. Of course, the ability to expand memory is a main draw for me. I also like that there is a headphone jack separate from the charging port. I hope Motorola keeps these long time standard features. I recommend this phone.
