I asked salesman in the store if this phone came with SIM card or did I have to buy one. He answered "only if you want to increase storage". I opened box when I got home. NO SIM card. If I had returned it I would have been charged $45 restocking fee. GEEZ!

Although I switched from an apple product, this interface made it very simple to use as a first time android user. It's also light and sleek. The only thing that isn't the best is the camera. Decent Budget Phone

That aside, it has all the features of any Android phone. If you are in a pinch and need something without breaking the bank, this is a good option.

Terrible paperweight

It takes upwards of a minute for the phone to recognize itself being touched. The screen constantly freezes. It's the worst phone I have ever bought in my entire life in fact. Apps will randomly quit running on you, even the system ones like phone and messages. If I could rate this phone below 1 star I certainly would. Save your money because this was supposed to be my replacement for a broken phone and there are much cheaper options that perform way better. I had better luck with phones that are ten years old vs this one. Most of the good reviews just have to be paid off. The camera sucks and changed focus every two seconds making it impossible to use. The only thing that is good about the phones is the speakers and chop flashlight, but good luck playing anything that requires RAM and give it five minutes to register the chop. I am throwing this garbage out of my window down I95 as soon as I get a replacement and I bet even a homeless person would be disappointed to pick it up. Totally useless.

Cost and storage sold me

I do still have to get used to it's weight but the clarity, cost, and amount of storage works well for me. I want to state I've had it for 8 days and haven't used all features.
