    I went the Lafayette, IN store 3 days ago and asked to purchase a different Motorola phone. The salesman went in back, got a phone handed it to a cashier and waved me forward. I paid left, and hours later got home opened the box and set it up. ... THEN I noticed the model name on the box wasn't long enough and was missing a word. They gave me the wrong phone. One with half the memory of what I asked for. Not only that but even when I have four bars it often tells me I have no Internet connection (I'm on an unlimited plan). In addition the call volume is minimal. It requires a silent room and concentration in order to make out what the person on the other end is saying. It sometimes takes hours for a text message to go out. This barely even qualifies as a phone.

    Not helpful with a new phone,stated i did not know much them,just gave me phone,sent me on my way, no suggestions how to transfer from one phone to another. NOT HAPPY

    Phone came in the mail with a pixel issue and I had to return and trade for a new one. Other than that, it is a wonderful phone.

    No wide angle camera! No texting!

    I did my homework, looking for a decent cheap phone. I can't believe no review mention this deal breaker: no wide angle camera! You can't do any group photo... The last straw: 40 days of owning this phone and I can't send text anymore! It may or may not send messages after restarting the phone... I can't even return it...
