It's 1/2" longer, great Moto durability, graphics and gestures. Very fast, 2 day battery, lots of setup options. The g plus had the speaker on the face at ear level. The g g5 has it in the bottom rim which I'm trying to get used to. USB port is the C so I had to change from the C-micro. The C is becoming much more universal. Not bloated with apps. Overall..great phone.

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. better than no phone

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.overall good android. phone works. pics are passable. it's a maze finding apps on this phone. it's unnecessarily difficult to navigate. tech people really wanted to show off. not impressive. texting vs sms is bizarre. I cannot get my email to work on this phone. I had to setup a dummy email to be able to use it because I use yahoo mail. it's an android. why is it necessary to have a gmail account that I will never use? calls are clear. it's impossible to shut off the notifications for email and I think the sounds it comes with are grating. can't load my tunes onto it cause of the dummy email address. I just wish the other programs were more compatible with the programming of this phone. My apple xr turned into a very expensive brick so at least I have this. I did not appreciate the run around from apple and the multiple hours on worthless chats for almost two weeks. The Motorolla is better than that nonsense. It is definitely better than no phone.
